Welcome to the Inner Peace Meditation.
My name is Ami Sani.
Thank you for being here today with me,
Seeking,
Exploring Inner Peace.
I invite you to take your comfortable seat,
Your meditation position.
Find a straight spine,
Long neck,
Crown is reaching up to the sky.
And the seat bone is rooting down into the center of planet Earth.
I invite you to take a deep inhale through your nose,
Expand 360 degrees and exhale out through the mouth.
In the mouth,
Fully letting go into this moment.
Take a couple more.
Fully blending in the present moment.
And just observe,
Notice what's going on in your body right now.
No judgement,
No analyzing,
Just observing.
What are the thoughts,
Sensations,
Feelings in the body?
Inviting breath into whatever you feel.
Every exhale,
Releasing a little more into this moment,
Really giving yourself full permission to be who you are in this moment.
Bringing awareness to the root chakra,
The bottom of the spine.
Just noticing that area,
Noticing our connection to the Earth today.
How is my Earth today?
And allowing any body parts that you can to fully relax into this exploration.
Deep breath in through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Letting go into Earth,
Allowing our beloved planet,
Mother Earth,
To hug you,
To embrace you like her baby.
See if you can relax 20% more.
Relax your shoulders,
Your forehead,
Your third eye,
Jaw,
Cheeks and eyes.
Surrendering completely into this experience,
Into the unknown of the next moment.
And slowly bringing the awareness up all the way to the crown chakra,
The tip of the head.
Our thousand paddle lotus,
Our connection to the divine,
The gateway to Spirit.
Just observing,
Noticing the energy there.
And just allow whatever you feel,
Whatever you sense.
And see if you can relax deeper into that that you feel.
Allowing any messages,
Any visions to come through.
Fully relaxed,
Letting go.
Riding a wave of the moment.
See if you can feel all that is above you,
All the sky,
All the stars,
All the galaxies.
And anything else that you can imagine.
Letting go a little deeper,
Opening.
And gently,
Slowly bringing awareness down to the heart,
The center of the body,
The center of our being.
Breathing into the heart,
Allowing,
Accepting what's ever is alive there today.
Imagine like you're cuddling your heart,
Melting together.
How much more can you let go?
How much more can you trust?
Your inner peace lives inside of you at all times.
This sacred space is yours.
And you can use it whenever you want.
Take as long as you need to stay here.
Whenever you feel ready,
You can gently bring your hands to heart center to Namaste,
Prayer position.
Just finding a moment of gratitude for yourself,
For taking the time,
For taking care of yourself.
For finding your inner peace.
