Letting go without forcing it.
Stress and overthinking.
You have tried to let go before but the more you tried,
The higher it felt.
Letting go isn't something you force.
It's something that happens when you stop holding on.
Take a breath in and slowly out.
Notice what you are holding.
A thought,
A feeling,
A tension in your body and instead of pushing it away,
Just create a space for it.
You don't have to suppress it.
You don't have to drop it.
Just stop gripping it.
And notice as your body softens something begins to release naturally.
Letting it go.
This is letting go.
Each time a thought,
A feeling,
A tension in your body comes up.
Hold a space for it and observe.
Then take a deep breath and feel you are washing it away.
Releasing it.
You are acknowledging this feeling,
This thought,
This tension but you are not holding it for your safety.
You are letting it go.
Give yourself a big smile.
Whenever you are ready,
Just wiggle your legs yourself.
Open your eyes and go about your day.
