Why Do I Insist On Keeping My Frequency High

Here I speak about lower and higher frequencies, and why is it so important that we keep our vibration high, and that we keep on going higher and higher. I remind us of how essential this is not only for us, but for the world.

My name is Sangeet and today I have a message for you.

We speak about higher and lower frequencies and we insist on the idea of raising our vibration as the perfect recipe to manifest or to accomplish anything.

But what is the one and crucial thing that lies underneath this that makes us push ourselves higher and higher once we experience upper frequencies?

Lower frequencies are basically ruled by fear.

Higher ones are basically ruled by love.

So,

Staying in a lower inner state gives us a sense of poor self-control and of inability to trust life and its nature as if we were condemned to sacrifice or to suffering.

We all know that once we fear,

It is only a matter of time until it grows and expands and until it becomes the main subject of our lives.

On the other hand,

Experiencing pure love and each one of its forms is something else.

Instead of trapping us,

It totally frees us.

And this is where we stop and look closer.

Fear makes us feel weak.

Love makes us feel strong.

And this is exactly why it is so important that we raise our vibration.

In fear,

We are desperate and therefore we are out of control and controllable.

In love,

We are at peace and therefore we are joyful and free.

So,

If we want to feel truly delighted and fulfilled,

We keep our frequency high.

And because energy is easily contagious,

The better we feel,

The better the world will feel.

What could possibly be better than being happy in a happy world?

Let's raise our frequency and spread it so we can all experience more and more of the beauty and the joy that life contains.
