Good morning and thank you for joining me.
In a moment we will start our morning meditation.
You will be working with your mind and your body to create harmony and health.
So please get comfortable either laying down or seated and close your eyes.
With your eyes closed focus on your breathing.
Breathing down into the depths of your stomach.
Breathing out through your nose or through your mouth.
Making your breath longer.
Breathing down into the depths of your stomach.
Out.
Every in breath you take you breathe in calmness.
With every out breath you release the old.
You may feel your body starting to relax now.
Allowing the sound of my voice,
The sound of the music to travel with you now.
On your journey of cleansing,
Clearing,
Healing.
If you hear other sounds,
Voices,
Sounds of the world outside,
Let them go.
They will just travel with you now.
Now.
Now.
Now.
Now.
In a moment I'm going to count down from 10 to 1.
On each descending number down your body will feel heavier,
More relaxed.
On the count of 1 you will feel more relaxed than you've ever been before.
And that's 5.

Down.

Deeper.
Deeper relaxed.

There's nothing you need to do now.
Nowhere.
You need to be 7.
Drifting down.

Your eyes sleepier,
Heavier.
Down to 3.

Deeper relaxed.
You are now totally relaxed.
And that's 5.
In your mind you can imagine a beautiful deep red closed rosebud.
The petals are curled slightly outward.
You can see raindrops from the morning shower.
The rose petal begins to uncurl and in slow motion the petals unfold.
The rosebud is velvety,
Soft and a wonderful perfume begins to fill your mind.
Little by little the rose opens.
You are completely absorbed in the beauty of this rose.
Your mind becomes clear.
The rose is a wonderful deep shade of crimson and the green leaves with delicate threads running through.
The beautiful rose captivates your mind.
You begin to wonder about the centre of the rose as the inner petals are carefully opening.
You can start to see the centre of the rose and your mind can travel into the flower.
You can imagine the centre of the rose filling your mind as you travel down a long tunnel,
Feeling comfortable,
Safe.
As you continue through this space of time,
Your body relaxed,
Your mind open.
Maybe you can imagine you're travelling through the stem of the rose all the way down into the root.
Going back and back and back.
Deeper and deeper.
Down and down.
And as you can imagine the roots entering the beautiful earth,
You are in touch with the essence of your being.
Soaking up the energy from the earth,
Rejuvenating and healing you.
Your mind has detached from all worries,
Pain.
In fact you can see all unwanted emotions releasing back to the earth,
Letting go.
Letting go.
You are in a beautiful space in your mind and that's fine.
Your mind is being awakened.
Maybe you will see the world through a new pair of eyes.
You can enjoy colours you never imagined before.
You'll be a more appreciative of sounds.
Like a beautiful rose,
You have opened your energy.
Your unconscious mind understands you are creating balance and harmony within your mind and your body.
If you wish to escape from the thoughts going round and round in your mind,
Use this journey and open your mind like your beautiful rose and float within.
And float within.
In a moment I am going to count up from three to one.
On the count of one you will open your eyes feeling positive.
Three,
Two,
And one.
Opening your eyes now.
Back here in the room.
Today you have made a change.
And now your message for the day.
I am stronger than this challenge.
And this challenge is making me even stronger.
