Having experienced childhood trauma, sexual assault and cancer, her focus is on befriending her body and life situations. Gratitude and acceptance helps her live an embodied life. Along with meditation, she studies and practices reiki, pilates, yoga, tarot and mixed media art work for fun and enjoyment.
