This meditation connects you with your higher self. We initially tune in to the session by relaxing the muscles of the body and mind. Then we travel through the body with breath (tangible like the element of earth yet connected with the element of Air) to eventually connect with our higher self.

Take a time out and tune in to the elements and astrological energies within yourself.

These meditations will take you on a journey to align with the four elements and 12 zodiac signs expressing themselves daily in each and every one of us.

Let's harness this astrological energy within to live a fuller aligned life.

Let's grow.

To begin,

Settle in wherever you are.

Ideally,

You are found in a moment of stillness,

Not driving or operating a motor vehicle,

Not listening in while on a Zoom meeting.

You are completely committed and intentional with how you're dedicating these next minutes of your life.

So once you find yourself in a place of stillness,

If you're comfortable in doing so,

Close down your eyes.

Relax the ocular muscles in and around the eyes and behind your eyes.

From behind your eyes,

Imagine a line connecting to your brain stem inside of your neck.

And then bring that relaxation down your spinal column,

Through your spinal cord,

All the way to the pelvis,

Into the hips.

Relax your hips.

Follow your next few breaths,

Just gently in through your nose,

Out through your nose.

And then imagine every inhale you take entering the nostrils,

Moving down the sinus cavity,

Down the throat,

Into the spinal cord,

All the way to the base of the spine as you exhale.

Fresh breath in through the nostrils,

Through the nasal cavity,

Down towards the brain stem,

And all the way to the base of your spine.

Follow your breath like this a few times on your own,

Recycling the inhale and the exhale through this brand new energy.

And you are creating this space and this peace in your moment of stillness today.

Your gaze shift between the eyes,

Inviting yourself to connect with your higher self,

And taking a few moments here to breathe and connect.

Almost as if you are breathing in the wisdom of your higher self,

And then you're letting go of any ego or self-imposed blocks on the exhale.

Finding that interconnectivity between the subconscious and the conscious,

The unmanifest and manifest,

The material and the unseen.

Let's use this moment now to ask our higher self if there are any messages or guidance you wish to share.

Allow yourself to receive whatever may come through and make sense of it later.

Just absorb.

This is your wisdom,

Your superpower,

Back to level with your space,

With your lap.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and thank your higher self for any messages that were shared.

Exhale,

Start to round back into your body.

Inhale,

Send thanks.

Exhale,

Begin to ground.

With your next breath,

Gently begin to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

A gentle roll of your shoulders.

Feel your physical body respond to this movement.

And then all together,

Let's take a big breath in,

Reach up,

Gather energy,

And then exhale,

Pull this energy to your heart.

Keep what is needed,

Let go of what is not.

Take an inhale here.

Exhale.
