It becomes a radically honest reflection of what it is you are choosing to embody and what it is you are transmitting into the field. In other words, When you remember that this moment is a microcosm of the macrocosm of your life, Then you realize that how you are showing up to this moment is how you are showing up to your life overall. In every moment, We are creating something. That's a given. The only question then becomes what is it that we are creating and then how intentional we are going to make that process. So if you've been falling asleep at the wheel, Feeling dulled by the same old same old and just so numbed out by all the going through the motions on autopilot, Kind of in this trance of what I call sleepwalking through your life, Here's a simple way to infuse more sensuality into your everyday life, To reignite that spark that's gone dim and rekindle this passion and juice that you've been craving but that seems perpetually elusive. Start by slowing down enough to find more moments of complete and total presence through activating each and every one of your senses. This automatically drops you into your body and into your direct experience so that you can begin receiving the life that is right here. Allow yourself to let this moment in and to be all that is as if nothing matters. Find your desire again, No matter what it is for and no matter how small or large it may be. Really start to fan the flames of that desire as if it is food from your soul because it is. Feast on it as if it is your deepest nourishment. And lastly, Find your devotion to that one thing that compels you, That drives you, That moves you to your core, That turns you on and makes you want to be alive.
