Hello, dear ones, These are a list of carefully curated affirmations to help with anxiety, panic, and anxious thoughts during times of overwhelm and overthinking. These affirmations are accompanied by gentle, soft music to aid in sleep and relaxation. This is a longer version so that you can use this track at bedtime to help with deep relaxation and calming the mind. It does not matter if you fall asleep, as your subconscious will still hear and integrate the affirmations whilst you sleep.
