Hello, dear ones, After receiving feedback that my previous affirmations for the ADHD track were so gratefully received by those in the community, I have created another one for you, a longer one this time around, suitable to listen to as you are falling asleep. As someone with ADHD, I know how tough our journey can be at times and how hard we can be on ourselves. I have designed these affirmations as a reminder to you and to myself of just how amazing and unique we are. Sometimes living with ADHD can be tough, and we just need to know that we are not in this alone and to offer ourselves kindness and grace.
