
Hello beloveds, As someone with ADHD I know how tough our journey can be at times and how hard we can be on ourselves. I have designed these affirmations as a reminder to you and to myself of just how amazing and unique we are. Sometimes living with ADHD can be tough and we just need to know that we are not in this alone and to offer ourselves kindness and grace. I hope these affirmations help to remind you how amazing you are. This is the longer version of my shorter ADHD affirmation release, this one is over an hour, and the affirmations are repeated throughout. It does not matter if you fall asleep as you listen, your subconscious will still hear them and integrate them as you sleep my loves.
