Now a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master, she is passionate about making yoga accessible, safe, and welcoming for students of all ages and experience levels. Her teaching emphasizes gentle, supportive practices, guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra, helping students rest, reset, and carry the benefits of yoga into everyday life. Wendy’s intention is to support a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and a loving heart.
