Welcome to your beautiful meditation with the tree Hazel.
Find a relaxing place to sit down and really feel the support from where you're sitting.
Maybe the chair you're sitting in,
Or the couch you're laying on,
Or the floor.
Maybe you really want to cuddle up to a beautiful animal that is sharing your space.
And just start connecting with the sounds around you,
The beautiful space,
Living space that you're in.
And just feel how that is filling up your heart.
And then connect with your own breath,
That beautiful rhythm that is with you every day.
Beautiful breath that is bringing you back into your body.
It brings you back into the here and now.
Just follow that breath.
And follow how the breath goes through your lungs into your belly,
And then slowly goes from your belly back through the lungs and out.
Don't stress.
Just make sure you're really enjoying a deep breath and that long and slow out-breath.
And then I invite you to close your eyes.
And notice how your breath is your guide.
Your guide to travel inwards,
Inwards to connect with your heart,
Inwards to connect with your inner knowing,
Your safe space.
And feel how that is making your body more and more relaxed.
It's really bringing you at ease.
It invites you to really connect with a smile on your face,
With the joy in your life.
And while you're connecting with these beautiful positive emotions,
I invite you to imagine in your mind's eye,
You're walking into this beautiful place of nature.
It is such a beautiful place with all these different colors of green on the trees' leaves.
And different wildflower colors,
Purple and yellow and orange.
And some of the flowers,
They grow really high and there are scrubs there.
And August is such a beautiful time,
So you can connect with the berries that are growing.
The fruits,
The different smells.
And the animals are out.
There are the beautiful pollinators and beautiful flies are out.
And yes,
Even the little mosquitoes,
But they mean well.
And there is a nice breeze going.
And there is a water body there,
Maybe a little creek or a big river.
And you really feel connected with Mother Earth.
You feel how your feet are being carried.
You feel how loved you are.
And when you look up,
There are all these different birds.
And you see the sky,
You see clouds.
It is such a beautiful day.
A beautiful day in August.
And while you're walking around,
You get invited by this beautiful,
Beautiful tree.
And when you have a good look,
You can see that this is a hazel tree.
And you take your time to walk towards the hazel.
And while you're taking your time,
You really have a good look at the different colors,
Leaves,
Flowers.
And when you come closer,
You really feel the energy of receiving a hug by hazel.
And you just walk around and you find your perfect place to sit down.
And as soon as you sit down,
You just notice how you become one with this beautiful tree.
And it feels safe.
You feel the energy flowing.
It feels like creativity.
You notice how your body is at ease.
You kind of lean against it.
You feel supported.
And while you're sitting here with this beautiful soul,
You notice that it invites you to come and travel.
It's like opening a door and there is an opportunity for you to walk up the stairs.
Or down the stairs.
Of course,
There's also the opportunity to stay in the beautiful room that is holding space for the chairs.
And just put your hand on your heart and just notice where do you want to go.
Do you want to go upstairs?
Do you want to go downstairs?
Or this is the table and chairs that is in this room inviting you to come and sit down.
And just take the time to travel to your specific place.
And notice that with your breath,
You're getting calmer and calmer.
And you start to notice that you're arriving at your place where you're going to meet the beautiful soul of Hazel.
Have a look around.
How does this place look like?
Is there maybe a chair you can go sit in?
Or you just sit on the floor?
Are there maybe books available?
Is the invitation to just sit and breathe?
Just follow your intuition.
Just follow the guidance of Hazel.
And if you sense that you lose your connection,
Just reconnect with your breath.
You can put your hand on your heart.
And you can say,
Hazel,
Let's talk some more.
Let's connect some more.
And then just follow the guidance again.
And then when you feel complete with this beautiful journey,

And just add this knowledge,
This medicine,
This healing,

So that you can find it easily.
And I invite you to open yourself up to the sounds in your room.
And the place that you're sitting in.
And connect with your breath.
