White Dragon Boundaries,
For self-love,
Welcome.
Today we're calling in the White Dragon,
Pure and simple.
Not for the drama,
Not for the battle,
For clarity.
Because self-love isn't soft all the time.
Sometimes self-love is a clean decision,
A clear edge,
A gentle lull,
That protects our peace.
Let's settle in.
Take a slow breath in.
And let your exhale be a return to yourself.
Find that place where you feel unsettled.
Here in this place,
We invite our sacred circle,
In a way that feels right,
A calm circle of protection around your body,
Your heart,
Your life.
And just take a moment and look at the East and see who comes forward.
Look at the South and see who wants to come forward.
Look at the West and see who wants to come forward.
And connect with the North and see who wants to come forward.
This is your sacred circle.
In this place,
You can sit,
You can be.
In the middle of this circle,
Or maybe above of this circle,
We invite the White Dragon.
Not heavy,
Not loud,
Just voluminous,
Still and honest.
Feel the White Dragon presence like bright winter air,
Clear,
Crisp,
Awake.
I'm going to ask you a straightforward question.
What is true for you today?
Not what you should feel,
Not what you're trying to earn,
Not what makes you easier to love.
Just what is true?
A self-love boundary is this.
I stop believing myself to keep the peace.
You don't need a long explanation.
You don't need permission.
You don't need to be nice enough to deserve rest.
You are allowed to choose yourself.
Just what is true for you today?
Imagine a soft white light washing through your field,
Through your sacred space,
Around you,
Through all your layers.
And let it dissolve guilt that is not yours,
Pressure that doesn't belong to you,
The habit of shrinking,
And the old training to over-give.
And feel a clean line returning to you,
Like a gentle,
Wholier perimeter,
Not a wall,
But a boundary around you,
Around your space where you will move through a truth,
A truth that helps you through your day and have your sacred space around you while you are in this world.
A boundary.
Here are a few that you can let settle,
When you feel that it's yours,
When it feels it's your voice.
You can practice them out loud.
You can use these truths during the day.
What sentence?
Not an extra story.
If your truth is,
You need rest.
You can play around with this sentence.
I'm resting today.
I am not available.
I'll reconnect another time.
My body says no.
And I am listening.
When your truth feels like over-explaining,
Here is a sentence for you to fill in.
No,
Thank you.
That doesn't work for me.
I'm not discussing this further.
If this truth shows up for you,
You're tempted to abandon yourself.
Just fill in to this sentence.
I choose me first.
I release what isn't my responsibility.
I return to my own heart.
And maybe this truth comes up for you.
Rebuilding self-worth.
I'm worthy without performing.
I'm allowed to take up space.
And I trust myself.
Or maybe this truth is one for you.
Feeling emotionally hooked.
Connect with this sentence.
This is not mine to carry.
I release what is not my responsibility.
I return to my own heart.
Fill in to your truth.
And connect with your own sovereign being.
You are always in charge.
You can follow your own truth.
Just place a hand on your heart.
And just say slowly to yourself.
I choose clarity over confusion.
I choose self respect over self abandonment.
I choose love with clean edges.
And feel the white dragon behind you.
Steady but luminous and calm.
And let your boundary be simple.
One truth.
One line.
One loving decision.
Take a breath in.
And on your exhales.
Choose one phrase you'll be living by this week.
Slowly find your way back into your own space.
Having your sacred circle around you like a warm cloth.
Welcome back.
And welcome home.
