Temperature is just perfect.
And we're walking here in this beautiful place between day and night.
That beautiful dusk,
Where all the elements are here.
Earth,
Water,
Air,
Fire.
It's a beautiful blend of being.
You're walking around in this beautiful place of nature.
You start to notice this gathering of trees.
They're growing together,
But they leave enough space for each other to grow into the beauties that they are.
And just feel how you're invited to come and walk amongst them.
Feel that energy that is supporting you.
Every step that you're taking,
Life is getting calmer and calmer,
Easier and easier.
And just notice how you can let go of your day.
How you're being invited and embraced by nature.
And slowly you're getting and you're gathered by these trees.
You feel that you're drawn towards this particular tree.
It has a beautiful trunk and lots of branches.
Amazing little flowers.
And when you come closer you see a little bit of thorns there.
And you notice that you're standing in front of this beautiful,
Majestic hawthorn.
You just keep walking.
And you just carefully embrace the trunk of this tree.
And you just hug it.
And when you hug it,
You feel you're being hugged back.
There's so much love that this tree has to give you.
So much support that this tree is wanting you to receive.
And just take a moment.
And feel how your face is against this tree.
And you just feel the life force of this tree entering into your body.
It almost feels like you're walking right into the tree.
And you're being showered,
Embraced by its energies.
And then slowly you're turning around.
And you just feel how you're kind of gliding against the trunk and finding a place to sit down.
You feel grounded.
The energy from Mother Earth is coming right into your base chakra.
You also feel how your spine is aligning with the tree all the way through your neck and your head.
And in one go you just feel all your chakras get aligned.
It gets cleansed and cleaned and balanced.
And you just feel like opening your arms,
Opening that heart chakra to just shine your light.
Feel so stepping into your own power.
Just take a moment how good that feels.
What an amazing strength there is being awakened within you.
And while you're sitting here you now feel so much more in balance.
You really start to become in sync with yourself.
You feel connected with your earthly body.
But you also feel the invitation of your higher self to be present.
Your over-soul to be here.
