Welcome to your meditation with Seahorse.
Take a moment to just relax yourself down and just feel how your body wants to move naturally.
In whatever flow you feel you like to go.
Just flow from one side to the other or from the front to the back.
Whatever feels natural to you.
It helps you to relax down,
Feel how your spine is flexible and have your shoulders away from your ears.
Just move your body like everything is just going in a perfect way.
Visualize yourself standing on a beautiful beach with the sounds of the waves and the scent of the ocean in the air.
Feel the warmth of the Sun on your skin and the sand beneath your feet.
And just feel while you're standing here how you're being nourished.
How does it feel on your body?
Feel that with every in-breath that you're taking you're getting more and more relaxed.
You're being carried by the sand.
It's nice and warm and the sound of the waves helps you to stay in your own rhythm.
Imagine that you're walking along the shore and slowly you're entering the water deeper and deeper.
Before you know it you feel how the ocean is lifting you up and moving you with the rhythm of your own environment that you are really emerged in now.
You feel very relaxed.
You take a deep breath in and you dive into the ocean.
You feel how easy it is to swim and then you come back up again and you take a breath in and you dive even deeper into the ocean.
You see beautiful coral and other fishes and then you notice this beautiful seahorse.
You just take a moment in awe to observe this beautiful creature.
Noticing its unique features and its gentle demeanor.
You notice that two of you have the same rhythm of the ocean.
It feels like there is just music in the air and it is relaxing your body more and more.
As you connect with this seahorse and you reach out with your hand like you want to say hi to this beautiful creature.
The seahorse is connecting its tail around your finger and you're surprised because it has this beautiful pull and it's taking you even deeper into the ocean.
Together you're swimming and it's showing you all these beautiful nooks and beautiful plants.
You touch the plants and the coral carefully and you feel how the energy is helping to heal your body and connect you with this beautiful energy of patience and resilience and adaptability.
And while you're floating here with seahorse you get invited to play around with this energy to connect them to your day-to-day.
How does it show up for you?
What does being flexible mean to you?
Going with the flow.
The seahorse keeps pulling you forward and you're helping with swimming.
And then you end up at this beautiful opening with plants and coral.
It almost looks like a gate and the seahorse lets you go and goes in front of you and you go and follow this beautiful seahorse.
You're now going between the plants and the corals and you notice that you are entering into this open space.
It's full of light and you start to notice with your body that you blend in perfectly.
There are different fish playing around and when you look around there is even a beautiful chest there that you can open up and it has a gift for you.
Something that you,
When you see it,
You understand it straight away and it puts a smile on your face.
And then just for a moment you're just going to be in this space together with seahorse.
This is your space,
Your time.
See what you like to do with it.
Know that my words are just an invitation.
If you feel distracted just go back to the ebb and flow in the water,
The movement and bring yourself back in this magical place.
And even notice that if you are not particularly noticing any messages or are able to follow any of the things that are popping up,
Just know that every single word or picture you see or sensation you feel,
It's yours.
It's for you to figure out,
It's for you to embrace and sometimes it's just there to enjoy.
A feeling of calmness,
A feeling of ideas,
A sense of imagination.
And then you notice that seahorse is grabbing your attention and he's checking in with you and he's noticing the big smile on your face.
And you know that slowly you're ending this little party that you've been so kindly been invited to.
You reach out with your hand again and seahorse connects with his tail and he's guiding you out of this magical place.
When you're out in the ocean again you notice that seahorse lets go of your hand.
The two of you say your goodbyes and you know that you can always come back to this beautiful sanctuary.
Just to hang out,
Just to check in with the chest if there's any gifts there.
You slowly start to notice that you're swimming all the way back.
And then when you're on top of the water again,
You take a deep breath in and while you breathe out you just keep going with the flow of the ocean.
The flow of the water.
And it is slowly bringing you back to the shore.
You start to feel that your feet are touching the floor.
Putting your feet on and you slowly walk out of the ocean.
And you sit down at the beach where you take your time to just really dry.
And you're putting your hands on your chest for this grateful,
Wonderful experience.
You feel how the knowledge is part of you.
Even if it didn't make sense or even if it did make sense.
They're all little seeds to be planted now or in the future.
And to see it all grow.
You slowly start to really connect with your body.
And you notice how relaxed you are moving from side to side.
You start to connect with the sounds in your room.
And when you take a deep breath and you sigh out,
Open your eyes.
And welcome back.
