Dear friend.

Take a moment to land softly into this sacred space.

You've arrived right on time.

I invite you to imagine this beautiful path walking into a magical forest,

As forests are,

With the wind going through and the trees moving slightly,

The different sounds,

The places of shadows,

The places of light.

And this beautiful path brings you to your sacred place.

Take a moment and look around.

It could be an opening on a meadow.

It could be curled up underneath the tree's beautiful branches.

And as we're stepping into this connection with this beautiful soul,

We open up our sacred circle.

Firstly,

We invite our guardians.

From the east,

We call in eagle,

The barrier of vision and clarity.

From the south,

The jaguar joins us,

Fierce protector of truth and transformation.

From the west,

We welcome whale,

Who sings of emotional depth and sacred flow.

From the north,

Wolf arrives,

Loyal and wise,

Reminding us of our belonging.

From above,

Dragon soars,
