Congratulations.
You've climbed a cliff wall.
You've moved your body up on top.
It was an exhausting climb,
But you made it.
After taking a couple of deep breaths,
In through your mouth,
Out through your mouth.
In through your nose,
Out through your nose.
You sit up,
And you look over the wall,
The steep cliff you've just climbed to get here.
Just take your time to see the sunset.
You see it touch the horizon.
When you think about your climb,
How much energy it took just to get here,
But here you are.
You made it.
What is that cliff wall that you're climbing?
What have you done today that's made you struggle?
And now that you're over and above it all,
What does it mean for you to see the sunset?
Peaceful.
Calm.
Rewarding.
Triumph.
It's time to cool down now.
The sun is low on our eyes.
We're all going to be staying here for a few days.
How about you,
Janine?
Peace.
