In this sound bath, we start with a gentle meditation to bring us into the space of relaxation, but also to bring us into the space of our tribe. Our tribe started with me becoming a teacher on Insight Timer. Today, I had the honour of putting everything I have learned into play in this sound bath. With the honour of playing this in the studio today, I now bring it here for all our wonderful followers to enjoy. Sit back relax and allow the sound bath to take you on a journey.

So settling in to a nice,

Comfortable posture.

First off,

We're allowing the koshis to bring us into space.

The element of water.

The element of fire.

Next,

Element of air.

Lastly,

Element of earth to ground us,

Support us,

Hold us,

Strong and stable.

Starting with our roots.

Allowing the music to take you on a journey.

You'll hear me throughout,

Guiding to deepen your practice between harmony and dissonance.

Between lower and higher pitches.

So so so so so so so so so so so so To allow what the bowls have created,

What the healing has done before I start to bring you out of your sound path.

Breathe into the belly,

Our alchemy bowls are bringing us out.

Breathing air into the belly.

Adding movement to your fingers and your toes as the koshis of earth,

Air,

Water,

And fire.

Bring us back into the room.

And whenever you're ready,

You may open your eyes slowly.
