Comfortable position.
Taking some nice deep breaths in and out.
Finding a comfortable space.
Giving self grace.
We're going to start with some water.
Green stick washing over us,
Cleansing our day.
Finding stillness.
Finding graciousness.
Gratitude.
And our own inner light.
Just breathing here.
Allowing.
We're going to take a journey into our soul.
Knowing that as we bring the koshi chimes in,
To bring in the elements of water,
That our body is the source of its own healing.
Through the sound that is played here.
Bringing in the element of air.
The air that we breathe.
The pranayama.
Feeling light as a feather.
The touch of the air on our skin.
Next,
The element of earth.
Grounding us.
Stable.
The grass against our feet.
The trees.
Where our food comes from.
Last but not least,
Fire.
Passion.
Warmth.
The element of fire helps us balance the air,
Earth,
Water,
And the ether,
Such as all elements do.
Let's take a moment before the bowls start to embrace the element of ether.
The element of silence,
Space,
Universe,
And beyond with the steel tongue drum.
Next,
We're going to bring in the bowls.
Allowing your soul to go on its own journey,
Its own healing journey.
On this journey,
We find all of the beauty that life beholds us through the challenges,
Through the ups and downs.
The beauty.
So um and now um we're gonna start to bring us back back whether that's returning back from the cosmos,
Back from your favorite place,
Allowing yourself to come back,
Starting to sense the temperature of the air in your nostrils as you inhale and exhale.
The temperature of the air and your fingers.
There's so much grace,
Starting with the element of earth and ending with the elements of fire.
We're gonna end with the soothing sound of rain.
As you open your eyes,
Washing away any pain,
That's your sound journey.
As you are your healing,
You are your own healing.
We just provide the sound.
