Transcript

Finding a nice comfortable seat or laying position.

If you're laying,

Allow your soles of your feet to find the floor beneath you.

Taking a couple breaths here.

Allowing your knees to rock side to side in windshield wiper mode.

Gentle rocking while keeping your shoulders on the ground.

Rocking from one side to the other side.

Inhaling in.

Inhale in.

Inhale in.

Knowing that in this space,

All of your experiences are valid.

Your lived experience.

Your current experience.

Daily experience.

Breathing in.

Feeling the parts of your body.

Noticing how the ground feels.

Does it feel supportive?

Do you feel held in this moment?

Breathing in.

Inhale in.

Exhale out.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Allowing the simple connection with your breath.

And the rocking of your knees.

You can even just gently rock your body side to side on the floor.

Nice and slow.

Inhaling.

Inhaling.

Exhaling.

Allowing your thoughts to connect with your breath.

As you inhale,

A thought may come in.

As you exhale,

Allow it to flow away in whatever form feels most comfortable.

And supported for you in the moment.

Inhaling in.

Exhaling out.

With your inhale,

A thought may form.

With your exhale,

It flows away.

Like air.

Or water.

Or anything that feels good for your own experience in this moment.

Start to feel the temperature of the air in your nose on your inhale.

Sensing the temperature of the air in your nostrils.

The temperature of the inhale.

The temperature of the exhale.

Inhaling in the heat.

Just sensing.

And whenever you're ready,

Start to find your way back into the room around you.

Inhaling and exhaling.
