In this Spot video, Sadhguru introduces Conscious Planet, an initiative to create a world where a large number of human beings act consciously, and where communities and governments take more responsible environmental action. To really create an impact, Sadhguru says, “We want to get three billion people on board.”

The most urgent of calls to action. What S. describes cannot be about merely saving the human species from immiseration and total depletion. It is the chief moral issue of our time. It is about how we treat all living things. Whether we have the rightful position to claim ourselves as responsible stewards and custodians of this world, or whether we are content or disconnected enough to force it into oblivion and unimaginable suffering.

In Kakadu, in the Northern Territory of Australia, I was very privileged to learn about primary school aged kids who grow up on country. When world-renowned biologists and ecologists come to visit, the kids get followed around - these scientists with multiple PhDs hang onto their every word.
I look forward to hearing what the five things are for my country... I know many things we should not do, like the Adani coal mine, stealing water for cotton farms so the flow of the Murray-Darling goes backwards, logging old growth forest and fracking for coal seam gas...
As for the five things we need to do, First Nations Elders will have to direct us on that 🙏

The problem is Intelligence WITHOUT Empathy. What good is being with smart and not caring about the planet, other species, and life forms. Everyone should be onboard. The stupid people will undoubtedly doom all life. Sign me up please.
