Hi,

Settle in and get comfortable.

Take a seat or lay down.

Close your eyes if you wish.

Let go of all the tension.

Unclench your jaw.

Relax the areas around your eyes.

Take a long,

Deep inhale and a long exhale.

Find your center.

Inhale and exhale.

Watch your breath traveling in and out.

Forgiveness.

What does it mean to you?

What are you forgiving yourself today?

Take a moment to sit with those questions.

Breathe and let the answers flow from your heart.

Maybe there are some things in your life you wish you could change.

Maybe there are actions you wish you could take back.

Words spoken differently.

Relationships handled more kindly.

Maybe you wish you could have been better to yourself.

Be kinder to your body and mind.

Whatever it might be,

Accept it and with your next breath send in some cleansing energy to your heart.

Exhale and let go of any guilt.

How will you be able to move forward once you forgive yourself?

How different will your relationship with yourself be?

We will use the mantra,

I forgive myself.

Repeat it in your head.

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself.

If some thoughts come up,

Observe them.

Get curious as to why they're there and come back to the mantra,

I forgive myself.

Observe your breath and keep on repeating the words,

I forgive myself.

When the time is up,

You will hear it trying.

Exhale and let go.

You you you you you you you you you and let a wave of kindness and compassion wash over you on your next inhale allow yourself to move forward and free yourself from past lives,

Judgments and expectations exhale and feel relief slowly come back to your body,
