This is for the week of January 6th,
2025.
The two of coins,
Or pentacles depending what deck you're holding,
Is our weekly card.
I think this is perfect.
If you've listened to my previous podcasts,
The collective card of the year is the Hermit,
Where we're focusing in on something,
Bringing light to something,
That's going to help us get to our end goal for this year.
Our monthly cards are the moon and the sun,
Basically meaning we're diving into something deep and coming back up and bringing it to the surface for this massive shift.
So the two of coins,
This week in particular,
Means we're taking something on,
But we need to find the balance between taking it on,
But not taking too much on.
In this card,
There's usually waves coming about,
And there's two pentacles,
And this idea of balance.
There's a little bit of chaos,
And that chaos can be anything from life itself,
What's happening around us,
Or what's happening internally for us.
For example,
We might be having a lot of worries,
A lot of anxiety.
Can we find the balance between working on something new,
And all that comes with that,
The excitement of working on this brand new project,
But also still having it balance out with our everyday tasks,
With our everyday,
Every week,
Our life responsibilities.
This card is very interesting because this is literally our first week of the entire year,
And most of us tend to get very excited and have all these wonderful goals,
And we dive in,
But at some point we burn out.
So let's take the Hermit card,
And that reminder of taking it step-by-step,
Going all in,
But also balancing it out,
So that we don't burn out on what we're hoping to extend throughout the whole year.
So the two of coins.
It's wonderful to have this excitement,
It's wonderful to have this motivation,
But balance it out with consistency.
How can you take your energy,
Even it out,
So it stays with you,
Versus us burning it all very quickly,
And being left with very little energy for what comes next.
Step-by-step,
Balance,
And breathe.
