Welcome to your monthly Terrasco.
This is for October 2021.
I had a number of cards come out for our reading for October and I'm not going to go into great detail for all of them because really together they paint the picture of how we can use October to move forward.
We start off with the Page of Wands which is an energy that's just pure excitement,
The anticipated excitement.
I always get the image of a child running towards the playground.
It has no idea who is there.
They have no idea if they're going to get along or not.
They have no idea if they're going to fall off the playground.
All they know is that it's going to be great and they run so fast.
And the Tarot is inviting you to use that kind of energy for what is available for you.
You see,
October appears to be an amazing opportunity for self-healing.
Temperance is the ultimate arching card over this which is there is this massive,
Massive change that's so ready to happen in your life and in order to have that happen we have to be in the Ten of Swords which is a card that usually signifies that something in our life is just done.
We're done with that cycle whether it's something you're doing,
Something you're receiving,
A pattern in your life,
A situation.
You just no longer need that anymore.
It's tiring at this point.
And how do we move beyond that?
Well,
We're going to use the Three of Swords and the Two of Swords.
The Three of Swords is often known as the breakup card but in my time reading Tarot it is more about self-healing.
It's more about recognizing that there are still some cuts and bruises and swords in our heart that it's time to pull them out and start stitching it back together and putting love in those spots.
Let the wound heal.
We use the Two of Swords by creating a safe container that allows us to go on in and heal.
So with that safe container really think about who is in your life.
Who do you trust and who allows you the space for you to be who you are in that moment?
The High Priestess is ruling in our October and I say that because the High Priestess is almost proud of the shadows that are there.
The High Priestess sits knowing all the beauty and also all the things we call ugly within ourselves.
The High Priestess has no judgment.
It just knows that it's time to quiet and look deep down inside and confront those things that we try to keep from others.
In fact we try to keep them from ourselves.
This is where the Queen of Cups will help us.
The Queen of Cups really flows with it all.
The Queen of Cups allows all the feelings to be felt.
It lets all the emotions to be had.
It lets intuition and that self knowing to take center stage.
So that's really the key.
That's the key how we get to a place where we're on another side.
We're starting to live by our soul versus our ego.
Where we stand in the truth of who we are.
We're beautiful.
In this moment there are parts that don't quite believe that.
It's time to let them go.
It's just time to let it go.
So friends I highly recommend taking that Page of Wands and get excited.
Look forward to getting through with joy.
This doesn't have to be painful.
I will often say to clients even though this is about self healing it doesn't have to look like that.
Even if going out on the playground and having fun actually heals you.
What is it that brings you joy?
That joy,
That love,
The allowance of it is what is the healing part.
You no longer need to be deprived.
You have a whole beautiful heart.
Right now it's just time to let it be and to recognize it.
