Welcome,
And thank you for joining me today.
This is a guided visualization for calling in the one who sees me.
This meditation is not about summoning a specific person,
But about attuning yourself to the vibration of the one who can truly meet you.
Not with fantasy or with fixing,
But with presence,
Devotion and truth.
Before we begin,
I'll ask that you find a quiet,
Comfortable place where you can sit or lie down,
Or be in whatever position that will allow your body to soften.
This time is a sacred pause just for you.
So we'll start by taking a few slow,
Deep breaths in through your nose and out through your nose.
There is no need to do anything special with these breaths,
Just make them intentional and slow.
As you breathe,
Feel your shoulders melt,
Unclench your jaw,
And let your belly and pelvis be soft.
You may choose to bring one hand to the heart space and the other hand to the belly.
While saying softly in your mind,
I am safe,
I am open,
And I am ready to be met.
Let these words land inside you and be here fully.
Know that you are whole as you are.
And you are ready for this experience that you're calling in.
And if you haven't already,
I'll invite you to close your eyes and sink into your body just a little bit more,
Allowing yourself to feel safe,
Held and supported in this space by whatever surface is beneath you and by me and my words.
We'll begin this visualization by imagining that you're standing in the center of a wide open sacred space.
This may be a luminous forest clearing,
An ancient stone temple,
A glowing circle of light.
Let the space take form however it wants to.
You are barefoot and present.
This is the space where soul meets form,
Where longing meets embodiment,
And where truth meets truth.
Notice the stillness around you,
And yet you can sense more.
You are not alone in this space.
There is someone approaching slowly,
Respectfully,
Reverently.
You don't have to see their face,
Just feel their energy.
This is the one who can truly meet you.
The one who sees you,
Not for what you could be or for what they want you to be,
But for who you are.
The one who says,
I choose you,
Not because I need you,
But because I see you.
They have walked lifetimes to find you,
Not to complete you,
But to walk with you.
Let them step fully into the circle,
And imagine that the two of you are standing face-to-face,
Heart-to-heart,
Breath-to-breath.
In this space,
You do not have to perform.
You do not have to earn this love.
You do not have to fear losing it.
This one already knows you,
And they are still here.
Let yourself feel it in your body now.
What does it feel like to be met?
What does it feel like to be seen?
What does it feel like to be loved,
Just as you are?
Let your body receive it.
Soften.
Let it wash over you like warm sunlight.
Breathe it in,
And breathe it through.
When you're ready,
You will silently speak to this presence that stands before you,
And say,
I have longed for you.
I have waited for someone who could stand in truth beside me.
It's time for me to release the shadows of the past,
And I release the ones who could not meet me here.
I welcome the one who can and will.
I choose to trust love again,
Not in theory,
But in form.
Now be still,
And let them speak back to you,
Maybe in words,
Maybe in silence,
Maybe as a quiet knowing in your bones.
Allow yourself to receive it,
And let it imprint onto you.
This is a soul contract being remembered.
When the moment feels complete,
You may offer your thanks.
Know that what you've touched here is real,
And by meeting in the imaginal field,
You are calling it into form.
You are calling it to you.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose,
Coming back into your body fully.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And return completely to this moment.
When you're ready,
You may open your eyes,
And I will include some journal prompts at the end of this meditation if you wish to unpack the experience further.
I'm going to offer a few journal prompts here.
I invite you to write them down,
And I'll provide pause in between.
Pause your player,
And then restart it for the next prompt.
Your first journal prompt is,
When I felt seen in the meditation,
What stirred inside me?
This could be sensations,
Emotions,
Or memories.
Noticing if you felt open or protective.
What part of you was lit up,
And what part of you wanted to hide?
Your second prompt is,
What have I outgrown in love?
So this would be patterns,
Roles,
Or dynamics that you don't want to repeat.
It would be asking what no longer feels like love,
Even though it once did.
And what behaviors in yourself or others used to feel normal,
But now feel heavy?
The next prompt is,
What does it feel like to be met in truth?
Describe it in your body.
What changes when someone meets you there?
How do you behave when you feel safe,
Loved,
And chosen without performance or conditions?
For the fourth prompt,
We ask,
Who or what am I still releasing?
Are there any past relationships,
Identities,
Or energies tied to this dynamic or past dynamic that still linger?
Is there anything that needs to be cleared?
Not because it was wrong,
But because it's complete.
And then I would encourage you to write freely for five minutes or so,
And let your heart speak directly to the energy that you just called in.
And if you want to throw a bit of shadow work in there,
You may ask yourself,
What scares me the most about actually being seen and loved this way?
If love showed up today,
What would I have to face or surrender or allow in order to receive it?
Where do I still protect myself from being known?
I hope you enjoyed today's meditation and journal prompts.
Thank you for taking the time to be with me.
Have a great rest of your day.
