This is Sabrina Mabel with Sacred Soul Melody,
Offering you a sacred safe space to release,
Relax,
And surrender.
To allow your soul to speak to you and through you.
To allow your mind to rest,
Your body to rejuvenate.
Let's begin.
Imagine a string at the top of your head,
Pulling your spine nice and tall.
If you have lots of energy,
I recommend putting your hands downwards on your knees.
And if you want to gain lots of energy,
Your hands upwards towards the ceiling.
If at any point in the meditation,
You start to feel lightheaded or dizzy,
You can put your hands together or touch your heart.
Or place your feet on the ground to get grounded again.
And just know that whatever sensations you experience,
Whether it's tension in your head,
Tingling sensations,
Lightness,
It's all perfectly normal.
Any emotion that arises,
Thought is perfect just the way it is.
Remember to just notice you are being the witness to your own self.
And just observe all of the sensations.
There's nothing right or wrong.
There's nothing to expect.
Just be in the here and now,
In this moment.
And allow yourself to surrender,
To completely let go,
To let your body relax.
Imagine that your body is heavy.
And it's just relaxing,
Melting into your seat,
Into the cushions,
Allowing your mind to rest.
As I take you on this journey,
Opening up the third eye,
Imagine a beautiful violet,
Indigo light,
The color of the sunset,
The color of the ocean,
Of lavenders,
A beautiful indigo violet light,
And it's swirling and swirling,
Very gently and slowly,
Just above your head.
Imagine this light,
Ever so gently.
Imagine this light going all around you.
It's soft and gentle,
And it touches the top of your head.
It trickles down your forehead,
Softening and soothing.
And just notice any sensation.
Is there any tension in your temples,
On the side of your eyes?
Any tension in your cheekbones,
Where your sinuses are?
Any tension in the jaw?
In the back of the head?
The neck?
Just noticing and allowing this light to gently and softly soften.
Softening.
Notice any sensations like heat or tingling.
Just noticing.
Now bring your attention to the point between your two eyes,
Where your forehead and nose meet,
The brow.
And I want you to imagine right there,
There's a seed,
A beautiful purple seed.
And it's connected to long,
Long roots that go all the way back to your neck,
The crane of your neck,
To your brain,
Where lies your penal gland.
And these roots envelop this gland.
Imagine this gland is a crystal.
Perhaps a clear amethyst with beautiful hues of lavender,
And it's soft and smooth.
Now let's imagine that the light envelops this crystal,
Allows this crystal to gently spin and turn.
You can see it glimmering.
You can see its smoothness.
As the light shines all around it,
Allowing the light to go right through this beautiful gem,
Pushing away any stagnant energy.
Ever so gently.
And as the gem turns and turns slowly,
The light goes right through it,
Clearing any areas that are dark or opaque and shining any rough edges,
Smoothing them out and allowing the light in.
As the light enters this gem,
It begins to glow.
It's glowing brighter and brighter and brighter and hotter and hotter.
But not too hot.
And the heat of the light in the gem is in fact so hot,
It feels cool.
It's a cooling hot sensation.
And the back of your head begins to glow.
As you ever so slowly open up your third eye.
And this gland,
This gem,
Is connected by the roots to this seed planted just between your two eyes.
The point of activation.
This point of activation is the channel that allows you to see.
To see when your eyes are closed.
To see colors.
To see shapes.
Sacred geometric shapes.
It's where you can start to imagine.
Imagine a whole new world.
Just with your third eye.
So right there the seed is sitting.
And it begins to germinate.
And a small little stem,
A dark purplish stem,
Begins to grow.
And with the light,
It grows and grows and grows.
Until it grows beautiful leaves that are soft.
And yet a little prickly,
But smooth.
And from those leaves that grow,
The stem is a bud.
And from the bud,
Beautiful luscious purple indigo petals begin to grow.
And so from the middle of your brow,
This magnificent flower begins to grow bigger and bigger and bigger.
It's shining,
Sparkling,
And each petal is luscious and full of vibrant light.
And this beautiful flower,
One like you've never seen before,
Opens up to the light and shows all of its vibrancy.
Petal by petal it opens just like a rose.
And through this flower you begin to see the world in a whole new way.
And this flower gives you a completely new lens,
One that you get to choose.
Mine is a magical lens,
Where the world is a completely beautiful serene place.
Where everything that I look at or touch or imagine looks surreal.
Every color is unique and vibrant.
Every object takes on a new color,
A new vibrancy.
And the world is this magical place.
I want you to take a moment and with this new lens,
It could be crystalline or violet or indigo,
Begin to look at the world in a new way.
Use your imagination and create the world that you want to see.
Imagine the nature,
The animals,
The trees.
Imagine the buildings or the lack thereof.
Imagine the water and the wind and the clouds.
Are you sitting on a mountaintop?
Are you sitting down by a valley next to a creek?
A forest,
A rainforest?
Or perhaps you've decided to visit a desert?
Or a desert region?
Perhaps you're in a cabin in the middle of winter or by a beach in the summer.
What do you hear?
The sound of waves,
Of the wind,
Of leaves rustling.
Do you hear the cry of animals or the laughter of children?
Just listen.
What do you feel?
The warmth of the sun,
The coolness of snow,
The freshness of rain.
Do you feel the wind blowing in your hair,
Touching your cheeks?
And who's with you?
Are you on your own on this journey?
Or perhaps with family or a special friend or a partner?
Perhaps a pet as a companion?
Just imagine who would be the ideal person?
Are they quiet,
Curious,
Calm?
Are they funny?
Do they crack a laugh?
Do they make you giggle?
Imagine their smile,
Their thoughtfulness when they're thinking,
Their pensive faces.
Just notice.
And then ask yourself,
What's your purpose?
What's your purpose on this journey?
What are you looking for?
Are you going somewhere?
Do you have a special destination like the top of Mount Everest or a hidden alcove on a beach?
Or are you looking for treasure in a jungle?
Or are you simply looking for a moment of serene tranquility?
What are you looking for?
Is it somewhere far in the distance or right here,
Right now?
Ask yourself,
What are you looking for?
Just imagine.
How do you want to feel?
Who do you choose to be right here in this moment?
Are you love?
Are you calm and tranquility?
Are you curiosity and wonderment?
Are you magic and creativity?
Who do you want to be?
Just imagine.
You get to choose.
And just notice.
What does the world look like?
How do you feel?
Who are you choosing to be?
And then very slowly,
Bring your attention back to the flower we created.
The big,
Beautiful,
Luscious flower with purple indigo petals.
This rile,
Magnificent flower.
And it shines and it's bright,
Allowing light to come through,
Allowing light to give it energy.
And allowing the light to go through each petal,
Through the bud,
Through the stems,
Through its leaves,
All the way to its roots,
All the way down,
Down to the gem,
To the gland.
And the light is going through every single little piece of the roots.
The roots are shining and the gem is shining.
The stem is shining.
The leaves are shining.
The bud and the petals are shining as they are completely rejuvenated with a new light.
And ever so slowly,
Petals begin to close and get closer and closer together,
Only leaving the small opening and the flower gently becomes smaller and smaller and smaller and goes to sleep,
Resting gently between your two eyes.
And its petals and stem are tucked in.
And ever so gently,
The flower begins to disappear,
Just noticing the sensation between your eyes,
Behind your eyes,
In your temples,
Noticing your cheekbones,
Your forehead,
Noticing the sensation behind your neck,
At the crane of your neck,
In the back of your head.
Take some deep breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
One more time,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Just take a moment and be still.
Just notice your body,
Your thoughts,
Any emotions.
Just be still.
And when you are ready,
Ever so gently,
You can begin to come back into your body,
Into the room where you're sitting,
Very gently moving your fingertips,
Very slowly,
Very gently moving your toes,
Very slowly,
Gently moving your head,
Gently rolling your shoulders back.
And stretch,
Drink water.
And when you're ready,
You can also open your eyes,
Taking your time.
There's no rush.
This is Sabrina Mabel with Sacred Soul Melody.
And I wish you soulful tranquility in this moment onward.
