I'm Speem Priestley and this is a short meditation on the seventh and final principle of Hermeticism,
The principle of gender.
Gender is in everything,
In every moment.
Everything has its unique balance of masculine and feminine energy.
Ancient wisdom and part of the Mystery School teachings,

Rhythm,
And a deeper understanding for our lives.

But in harmony,
Each complementing the other in the dance of creation from moment to moment.

And will.
Feel its power,
Knowing it moves you toward action and manifestation.
Now shift your focus to your inner feminine energy.
Visualize it as a warm,
Nurturing glow,
A source of intuition,
Creativity,
And connection.
Feel its depth,
Knowing it brings you inspiration and flow.
Now imagine these energies dancing together,
Perfectly balanced.
Neither dominates.
They harmonize to create your wholeness.
Now repeat with me.
When my energies are balanced,
I create with ease and intention.

Bring to mind an intention or desire you wish to bring into your reality.
Imagine your masculine energy focusing this desire,
Giving it structure and clarity.
Now feel your feminine energy nurturing it,
Giving it life,
And allowing it to grow naturally.
See these energies working together,
Creating the perfect conditions for your intention to manifest.
