In this meditation,
We'll enjoy a trip to heaven.
Before we begin,
Ensure that you're seated or laying down comfortably.
Move your body any way that you need to in order to get really comfortable.
Let yourself sink into your chair or your bed.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Let's ensure that there's no stress or tension in our bodies.
So let's do a brief body scan.
Please go ahead and relax your head.
Relax the top of your head,
Your forehead,
Around your eyebrows.
Your around your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your chin,
Your ears,
Your nose,
The back of your head.
Let go of any tension that you're holding in your head.
Now relax your neck.
We store a lot of tension in our neck,
Especially the base of our neck and our shoulders.
So relax your neck and relax your shoulders.
Let go of any stress or tension that you feel.
If you're seated,
Let your shoulders just drop down.
And if you're laying down,
Let your shoulders just sink into the bed.
Relax your left arm,
Your left hand down to your fingers.
And your right arm and right hand down to your fingers.
And then relax your chest.
Relax your abdomen.
Relax your back from the top of your back all the way down.
Relax your hips.
Relax your calves,
Your feet down to your toes.
Your whole body should be relaxed.
Let it sink in completely into your chair or your bed.
Let's take a few deep breaths in.
We're going to breathe in through our nose and exhale through our mouths.
And this is another opportunity to relax and let go of any stress or tension that we may be holding in our bodies.
So deep breath in.
And exhale.
Deep breath in.
And exhale.
I'm going to ask you a question,
And I want you to notice the first image that pops up in your mind as a result of my question.
And so here's my question.
Observe the first image that comes up for you.
Have you ever imagined what heaven would be like for you?
What image do you see in your mind?
What is heaven to you?
And if you didn't quite see an image,
Let me ask you the question again.
Have you ever imagined what heaven would be like for you?
Now,
And now witness the image that just came up in your mind.
Observe the image of heaven as though you're looking at a picture in a frame.
Or watching an image on a movie screen.
Just keep observing that image and stay focused on it.
Keep your focus on the image of heaven.
Take your time observing what heaven looks like.
What do you see?
Are there bright colors?
Are there physical places?
Are there other people?
Are there angels?
Do you see a god of your understanding?
What do you see exactly?
Keep observing heaven as though you're looking at a picture.
As though you're looking at a picture in a frame or an image on a movie screen.
Keep observing.
Now,
Begin to observe what emotions you feel as you focus on the image of heaven.
What do you feel inside?
Do you feel at peace?
Do you feel joy?
Do you feel love?
Do you feel bliss?
If you're unsure,
Keep your focus on the image of heaven and observe how you feel about it.
Begin to put as much attention on your emotions as you are witnessing the image of heaven.
Keep noticing your emotions as you observe heaven.
Allow these emotions to grow.
Allow love,
Light,
And inner peace to spread throughout your body.
You are feeling uplifted,
Full of love and light.
Now,
Step into the image of heaven and step into heaven itself.
Actually step into it.
Yes,
Heaven is just a step away.
And yes,
You are deserving to go to heaven.
You're a good person.
Even if you feel resistance inside.
Even if you feel undeserving.
You are deserving.
You are a good person.
Let all the love and light that God in heaven has to offer to you.
Let it be freely yours.
Unlimited and unconditional love.
You are deserving to go into heaven.
You're a good person.
You really are.
Step into it and step into that image of heaven.
Be there right now.
And now that you're in heaven,
How do you feel?
How does your body feel?
What is heaven for you?
What are you experiencing there right now?
What feels good to you?
Be deeply rooted in your experience of being in heaven.
Notice all the colors around you.
Notice textures of things around you.
Notice what you see around you.
Notice how your emotions feel.
Notice how your body feels.
This is the most blissful,
Safe,
Wondrous,
Wonderful,
And incredible place you could be.
And you're there right now.
You don't need to pass into the afterlife to experience heaven.
You're there right now.
Embrace this moment.
Embrace what heaven and God is offering you.
How joyous and wonderful it is to be in heaven.
How safe it feels.
How peaceful it feels.
Let's go deeper into the experience of being in heaven.
What's it like in heaven?
Are you greeted by loved ones?
Do you see your ancestors?
Do you see angels?
Do you see God?
Or is it more of an experience?
Something you've always wanted to experience on earth,
But never got the chance to.
Maybe you're experiencing it in heaven.
Go deep in your experience.
Notice how your body feels.
Notice how your emotions feel.
Notice everything you're seeing in heaven.
Everything you're touching,
Witnessing.
Be deeply rooted in this experience.
You are so overcome by love and light that your body is just floating.
Your body is healed.
Your emotions are healed.
Your traumas are healed.
Your mental health is healed.
Your spirit is healed.
The light of God in heaven shines deep within your body.
Body's just floating and it's full of love and light.
You are healed.
You are loved and you are safe.
There is no more struggle.
Everything is okay now and you can rest at peace.
You can rest and enjoy all this love and light.
There is more love here than you can ever imagine.
And you feel so safe.
And so loved.
And so at peace.
Everything is okay.
You can rest.
Your curiosity of what heaven is like is now satisfied.
We're approaching the end of our session but you can keep meditating as much as you want on your own.
Keep in mind that you can take this experience with you as you continue to live life on earth.
Be heavenly.
Walk as though your body is glowing with love and light.
And spread your light onto others as much as you can.
Give them a taste of heaven.
