Hello.

For the next few minutes,

We're going to let go and get to a deep place of relaxation.

Let's take a break from life on earth.

There's too much going on in life.

All this busyness and preoccupation,

Feelings of overwhelm,

Stress,

Anxiety,

Antsiness.

A never-ending list of to-do's,

Should-do's,

Must-do's,

Have-to-do's.

Let's step away from it all for just a few minutes and see what it feels like to just empty out and be free.

Free of the busyness of our mind and free from the mind.

Go ahead and close your eyes and join me for this next few minutes as we just release and let go,

Let go of all of our suffering,

Our problems,

Our things to do,

And be free.

Be open,

Emptying out,

And being able to breathe.

Most importantly,

Feeling good inside.

Go ahead and close your eyes if they're not closed already,

And we're going to take a few deep breaths,

And as we breathe in and breathe out,

We're going to let go of anything that we have bottled up inside,

Any thoughts or emotions that don't service us,

That don't serve us.

Let it go,

And just drop all of your problems as though you're just dropping a bunch of heavy bags,

And it's really that straightforward because it's intentional,

It's purposeful.

And so get ready to drop all of your baggage.

Okay,

Are you ready?

We're going to drop it right now on the exhale,

So deep breath in,

And exhale.

Just drop all your baggage,

Let go,

Let go of needing to control,

Needing to always shape the final outcome of things,

To shape your life,

Let go of it all.

So deep breath in,

And exhale.

Surrender and release control,

Release your suffering,

Release the busyness of the mind.

Deep breath in,

And exhale.

Now I'd like to be clear,

We're not pushing any thoughts away,

We're not pushing our emotions away,

We're just moving our attention into the act of surrendering,

To the action of letting go,

Letting go is an action.

Bring your awareness into your body,

And I'd like for you on the next exhale to relax your body and let go from your body,

Let go of any stress or tension that your body is holding,

Any pain,

Any antsiness,

Let it all go.

So deep breath in,

And exhale.

Deep breath in,

And exhale.

Deep breath in.

The mind has no place in the body,

The body is the body,

And bring all your attention in the body,

And intentionally release any stress that you feel from the body,

Any tension,

Any tightness,

Let it all go just for a few minutes,

Take a break,

Take a break from your life,

Take a break from being human.

Let's breathe,

Breathe together,

Breathe in,

And breathe out,

Breathe in,

And breathe out,

Breathe in.

Let's do a body scan,

So that we can identify any stress or tension that's hiding within your body,

The body is the gateway to your inner peace,

The mind is just going to keep going nonstop,

The monkey mind is always busy,

Just ignore it.

We're not working from a place of the mind,

And we're not even working with your emotions,

We're working with your body.

Body is the key to your salvation,

The body is the key to inner peace.

So let's proceed with our body scan,

So top down,

Notice if you feel any tension in the top of your head,

Your eyebrows,

Your forehead,

Around your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Behind your ears,

Or around your ears,

Your chin,

Your jaw,

Release any tension that you feel.

How about down your throat,

And around your neck,

Down your shoulders,

In the front of your chest,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down to your abdomen,

And down your back,

And your arms,

Find any tension,

Let it go.

Down your hips,

And your glutes,

And your quads,

And your thighs,

And your calves,

And your feet,

And toes,

Let it go.

There might be some resistance,

Part of you might say,

I've got too much going on,

I can't let go,

I'm so stressed out.

If you keep yourself constantly stressed out,

You'll be able to let go of any tension,

You won't become sick,

And you won't have the clear-mindedness that you need to focus,

To actually be productive,

And do things with great efficiency.

This is a time for rest,

For just a few minutes,

Give yourself this healthy break.

Observe your body,

Observe your chest rising and lowering with every breath that you take.

Observe the different sensations you're feeling in your body.

And now I'd like for you to say something to yourself in your mind,

And feel these words deeply within yourself,

And these words are,

I'm sincere in letting go now.

Letting go of life,

My obligations,

My responsibilities,

What others expect from me,

What I expect from myself,

What I expect from others,

What I'm trying to create for myself in my life,

How I'm trying to build my life,

I let go of it all so that I can rest,

So that I can empty out,

And just for a few minutes feel tremendous peace inside.

Let it go,

Let your life go,

Let your story go,

Let your needs go.

Breathe in deeply,

And with every exhale you surrender it all.

Breathe in now,

Let's breathe in together,

Deep breath in,

And exhale with great intention and sincerity,

Let go of it all,

Feel it in your chest,

Feel your chest getting lighter,

Deep breath in,

And ensure your body's totally relaxed,

As though you're asleep,

Your body is soaked into your chair,

Or on your bed,

Be completely supported by your chair or your bed,

Have your body be completely inactive or inert,

As though you're sleeping or completely passed out,

Deep breath in,

Let go and surrender as though there's a fire burning within you,

Make this passionate,

Make it intentional,

Deep breath in,

And exhale,

Deep breath in,

Let's bring our breathing back to normal now,

Go into your body,

Feel your body resting on the couch,

Or your chair,

Or your bed,

Feel it resting,

Mimic this rest within you,

Be restful inside,

Feel at peace inside,

Let go of anything that's holding you back,

From resting right now,

From feeling at peace inside,

Go deep in this need to relax,

Identify this as a need to relax,

A need to take a break,

Go deep within this,

Sincerely pursue it,

Surrender and let go of everything that is in your life,

Good or bad,

Let go of life itself,

Let go of your story,

Let go of your obligations,

Let go of any tension in your mind over anything,

Anything in your life,

You have no life,

You are just free right now,

Like a newborn baby,

Let's breathe in deeply some more again and continue to release and let go with great passion and intensity and focus,

Deep breath in,

And breathe out,

And breathe out,

And breathe out,

Deep breath in,

And breathe out,

I hope you're starting to feel lighter,

More at peace,

More clear-minded,

If not,

Just repeat this recording,

Build a habit of letting go,

Be at flow with the universe,

Rather than trying to control,

Trying to manage your life,

Trying to manage people,

Trying to manage expectations,

Let go,

And be in flow with your life,

It is a much easier way to exist as a human,
