A meditation for balance and clarity to raise your vibration.

Sit comfortably in a chair either with your feet on the floor or cross-legged in your chair.

Sit up nice and tall with your shoulders back and down and just gently close your eyes.

Just take this moment right now to relax your entire body.

Let go of anything that is holding on or tightness in your body.

Starting from the top of the head through the neck,

Shoulders,

Down through the arms and torso,

Your hips,

Legs,

And out through the toes.

And just allow the entire body to relax,

To be at ease,

And just completely let go.

And then just take notice of your mind and allow your mind to also relax and be at ease.

And doing so,

Just start by relaxing your forehead and that space between your eyebrows and just notice your mind softening and relaxing.

And now take your attention down to your feet.

Start to close your eyes if you haven't already and envision down by your feet this white light just surrounding your feet.

And just notice that this white light is just very calming,

Relaxing.

And just notice this white light is your light and start to fill that white light with love and even more love,

With joy,

With happiness,

Kindness,

And all the positivity that you would like to really pour into that white light.

And just fill it all the way up like a cup with everything that you want in that white light.

And as you do,

Just notice that white light starting to expand wider and wider.

And now we're going to just add some breathing to the next section of this meditation.

The count of the breath will be on an inhale for five,

Which I will count for you.

We will hold at the top for 12 seconds,

Which I will count for you.

And then your exhale will be a count of five,

Which I will count for you.

And when we begin the count,

Envision this white light starting from your feet,

Slowly with the count of five to the top,

Just slowly rise up through the legs,

Through the torso and arms,

The neck,

And up to the top of your head.

And once we get there,

With your eyes closed,

You're going to hold for the count of 12.

Turn your eyes up to the back of your forehead or between your eyes at the third eye.

And then as we exhale,

You're going to envision that white light slowly lower down through your body to your feet again.

And we're going to do five rounds of this.

So take a moment,

Just soften your body just a little bit more,

Clearing your mind a little bit more,

Envisioning and even feeling that white light around your feet.

I'm going to have you take a complete exhale out through your nose,

And then inhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

10,

11,

12.

Exhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Take a moment to rest.

You're just going to take a little inhale and then complete exhale out for round two.

Inhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

10,

11,

12.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Rest.

Take a little inhale and a complete exhale.

And again,

Envision that white light.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold for two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

10,

11,

12.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Rest.

Take a little breath in,

Exhale out.

And again,

Inhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

10,

11,

12.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Rest.

A little breath in,

Breath out.

Last one.

Envision this white light for two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

10,

11,

12.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

A little breath in,

A little breath out.

And now we're going to take a deep,

Full breath in.

And as you do,

Feel that entire white light surround your body and just start to feel yourself elevate,

Lift,

Relax on that exhale.

And let's just sit here for a few moments.

Turn your gaze up to the back of your forehead,

Resting,

Relaxing.

Let come to your mind's eye,

Whatever wants to come.

Naturally,

You might see shapes,

Might see colors,

Visions might appear,

Or maybe nothing and that's okay.

Just be for a few more moments in silence.

I will take you out of this in a few moments.

Take a deep breath in,

Take a deep breath in.

Filling your mind and body with clarity,

Calmness,

Higher vibrations,

Feeling balanced and more clear than when you started.

When you're ready,

Just open up your eyes and just carry this clarity,

This balanced feeling and high vibrations with you for the rest of your day.
