This is an advanced session of Breathwork. We will begin with 1 minute of retention, working up to 3 minutes. The sessions include guided breathwork with the sounds of a buffalo drum, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes in the background. Enjoy this journey to your highest self while we bring the blood to an alkaline state and pressurize the oxygen within the body, so you can tap into the nervous system and the highest functions of the brain.

Hold the breath.

Only 30 seconds to go.

If you need to breathe before I give the cue,

That's okay.

Breathe in deeply and hold it for 15 seconds.

I want you to take your breath and press it from your belly up through your heart,

Through your neck,

And really squeeze in your head.

Squeeze your brows,

Squeeze your eyes,

Squeeze and pressurize all that new oxygen.

And release.

First class - not quite made the 3 min breath hold but am getting there. Trying apnea training and the two things seem to work well together

A really good way to start my day. Thank you so much Ryan. It is really helpful.💜🙏💜😊✨ I am aiming at the 4 mn hold, I press the pause button holding a bit longer before taking the giant breath. I have been trying on my own with the timer but I prefer with your guidance. I was able to hold that long a few times but it is a challenge. What is the maximum hold a grandma can take?

Love this one. Love the long holds. Always amazing. Ryan’s Breathwork is like rebooting a computer but you’re the computer. Total reset for the mind, body, and spirit.

This has a raw, stark quality that I love. Your down-to-earth guidance alongside steady progression of drum beats & tones do so well to suspend me in exhilarating breath holds. Thank you for this! 💥🌱💥

Wim Hof method is an amazing practice .. still tingling all over .. however the aim is to tap into the brain and ones highest self .. I’m unsure what that is, what I’m meant to feel and how to apply this to say everyday living .. the application of my highest self .. would love your guidance .. thanks Ryan

Good morning thank you for this. Newbie to this. First time today. At a time when we need to all be really mindful of keeping our lungs as healthy as can be I was curious to try this. I’ve only ever breath held when swimming- lengths underwater and loved the sensation and connection with the underwater world. I did well till the last round, had violet and emerald third eye visualisation... Not sure if the deep breaths can be through mouth or nose? I did nose. I also did laying down as I usually use that posture for my morning session. I am going to try this sitting & perhaps just before bed? I love the tingling cleansed sensation ... thanks again.
