Ancestral Healing For Atlantis, Avalon, Lemuria And More

We have been gifted this time now to work on ourselves and raise our collective vibration above the level of destruction of past civilisations.

As we move back onto our innate spiritual path (which is not religion, but multidimensionality), this meditation will help you to connect to some past lives, so you can heal, forgive yourself (and others), and remember why you came here, during this auspicious time.

This is a time of great remembering as we awaken back to our true selves and our multidimensional world.

There is a part where it asks you to connect to your mediumship skills to send lost souls back into god's or Source's love or light. You can either ignore this or simply set the intention to send any lost souls back into unconditional love or light. Intention directs energy, so this should direct them back towards where they need to go.

So let's begin first of all by connecting to source energy at the centre of the universe and pulling unconditional love from Mother Earth and the cosmos into our own energy fields.

I want you to take hold of this beautiful energy and start to guide it through your body.

Just feel as your hands just push this energy around your body as it flows in and out like a snake,

Moving with your qi,

Your life force,

With source,

With earth and as it moves through your body I want you to set the intention that all the pictures are lighting up from any past lives that come from Atlantis,

Lemuria,

Tartaria,

Avalon,

Greece,

Rome,

Egypt,

Any others from those periods,

Anything from this current cycle of time.

It's now time to close the ties,

Close the karmic cycles,

Release them and let them go.

Whatever we may have done in past lives,

Whatever was done to us,

It's time to say thank you,

I love you,

Please forgive me.

To see the messages,

To learn the lessons,

To feel gratitude for everything that has happened and to heal the body.

I want you to stand back from your body and look as you see your physical body and the seven layers of your auric field shining around you and I want you to see the streams of pictures that light up all around your body and first we're going to look at Atlantis and I want you to set the intention for all the pictures of Atlantis to light up in front of your eyes.

I want you to choose one picture to zone into,

Just zone down into it and see what you see.

You may not see anything and that's fine but we all have claircognizance so just connect into your intuitive knowing and feel or sense what you know to be true.

Don't let your fears,

Ego,

Disbelief or even modesty to take over.

This is not about what you've done or who you are,

This is simply your healing journey and it's all information from your higher self showing you what needs to be healed and let go.

The three rings and the great architecture of the Atlantean Empire show up in your mind's eye.

I want you to cast your eyes around this great and thriving city.

There are mages,

Wizards and shamans all working together to keep this city great and I want you to feel into a past life from this city.

What were you doing there in Atlantis?

Maybe you were a warrior,

A healer,

A metalsmith or a priest or priestess.

Maybe you were a mermaid or an underwater being.

Maybe you lived in a castle or out in the woods.

Just feel into what you were doing and what this past life is trying to show you.

Allow these streams of consciousness to flow through your mind,

Your heart as you connect to the truth of this past life in Atlantis.

Whatever you were doing in this time,

It's now time to do a collective healing on the entire Empire,

All of your past lives from this period.

Just feel into how many past lives you may have had here.

It's now time to close up all the karmic ties,

Release all the trapped emotions.

Maybe related to misusing magic,

Being responsible for the great war or the flood.

This Empire ran for tens,

But they fell because the balance of energies came out of balance.

There are many souls on Earth now who have come during this auspicious time to close the gates,

Close the karmic ties.

All everything in together,

So they can be free to move on with their journey.

Lemurians are the crystal workers,

The energy healers,

The feminine energies of the divine.

Who were possibly the most successful civilization ever to have existed.

Said to have run for 600 million years.

By one of the tribal leaders of the Maori people.

The Tibetans,

The Maoris,

The Indonesians and the Polynesians all came from this incredible Empire.

And brought all their knowledge with them in their collective memory.

But there was a war between Atlantis and Lemuria which brought them down.

The Lemurians,

Standing up for what was right,

Lost their empire.

As it crashed down around them and millions died.

It is now time for us to heal these lost souls and heal our own memories.

The pain of losing loved ones,

Families,

Children.

As we chose to go to war to fight for justice and peace.

I want you now to pull from your mediumship skills to heal the lost souls.

And send them into the light.

So they can continue on their journey through the cosmos.

Avalon and Tartaria.

The great civilizations of our myths.

As we begin to understand that our myths.

Were depicting real times on earth.

That we have forgotten about.

Dragons.

King Arthur.

The Lady of the Lake.

Giants.

Merlin.

Wizards.

Mermaids.

Elves.

Fairies.

Dogmen.

Goblins.

Sasquatch.

And other beings.

That we now know to be transdimensional beings from our multidimensional world.

Feel into your intuitive knowing of these times.

And ask your higher mind how many lives you've had as these magical beings.

Before we got locked into this one dimensional world.

See yourself in all your glory.

As a dragon.

Mermaid.

Elemental.

Or Elvish Queen.

Spreading light and healing across the land.

As you step back into these aspects of yourself.

And feel into what past lives you were living during these times.

And once again bring in the white healing light.

Ancient Greece was a creative empire and very lavish.

Maybe you ran your own house.

Maybe you worked on the land.

Maybe you were an emperor or a queen.

A warlord.

Or even part of the Essenes.

The group that Jesus was said to belong to.

Who were Gnostics,

A part of the old religions.

As the Romans invaded Greece,

Greece fell and they took over.

Maybe you were a soldier.

A leader.

Of the.

This may include life.

Tribes or life where you did things that you're ashamed of.

Feel guilty for or regret.

As it was a great time of unrest.

Which led to the destruction of many peaceful tribes,

Groups around the world.

Tribes such as the peaceful Cathars of southern France were genocided.

And the pagans persecuted.

Or using witchcraft,

Magic and healing.

The Romans did not want people having access to the energies of the land.

To self healing.

To spell work.

And they began to persecute and wipe out.

Anyone.

Who was working with the old ways.

Who was connected to source.

Like the Cathars.

Who was connected to love or light.

This is where we look to our shadows.

In the past lives where we may have done things.

That we regret.

But everything can be healed.

And it's time to learn our lessons.

Forgive ourself.

What were you working on?

Was there a lot of karma?

Just feel into the lives you may have had there.

As you're feeling into the imagery.

As you zone into it.

I want you to see the great pyramids around you.

Feel into the lush green pasture that used to be Egypt.

Until a great war turned it to dust.

Maybe you were a pharaoh.

A worker.

Cleopatra.

A slave.

Or a mage.

Take a look at all the amazing advanced technology they had.

Including the pyramids that powered their world.

They revered gold,

Crystals and precious metals.

And used it to adorn themselves and power their cities.

They connected with extraterrestrial beings.

Who traded with them.

And which made up a normal part of our world.

A massive dynasty.

It held all the Atlantean secrets and technology.

Passed down when Atlantis fell.

Egypt was the time of the secret societies.

The whispering in the shadows.

The talk of magic and advanced technology.

As all the information from Lemuria and Atlantis was passed down.

In stories and metaphors.

Who were you in Egypt?

Take a look at yourself in one of your lives.

Were you a man or a woman?
