Hello and welcome to this new moon meditation.

Please start by finding a quiet and comfortable space.

Sit or lie down with your spine straight and your palms resting gently on your lap.

If you feel comfortable,

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling positivity and exhaling any tension.

We're going to take a few nice deep breaths.

Breathe in slowly through your nose,

Filling your belly,

Expanding your ribcage.

Then pause for a moment.

Now slowly breathe out through your mouth,

Releasing all of the air.

Let's do this again one more time.

Breathe in through your nose,

Fill your belly,

Expand up through the ribcage.

Then pause for a moment.

Now slowly breathe out through your mouth,

Releasing all of the air.

Good.

Now relax and breathe normally.

As you settle into this moment,

Bring your awareness to the present.

Today we will embark on a journey to connect with the energy of the new moon,

A time of fresh beginnings and new possibilities.

Focus your breath,

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the air fill your lungs,

And exhale slowly.

Release any stress or worry.

With each breath,

Imagine a sense of calm and serenity washing over you.

As you continue to breathe,

Let go of the past and release any energy that no longer serves you.

Embrace the present moment as a blank canvas for new opportunities.

Visualize yourself in a serene,

Natural setting under a soft glow of stars.

Picture a tranquil landscape,

A forest,

A beach,

Or a meadow.

Feel the cool breeze,

Hear the rustling leaves,

And sense the energy of the new moon above you.

Allow the moon's gentle energy to envelop you,

Creating a soothing cocoon around your being.

Feel a sense of renewal and hope wash over you with each breath.

Now bring your focus to the intentions that you want to set during this new moon phase.

What new beginnings do you desire in your life?

What positive changes would you like to manifest?

Envision these intentions as seeds planted in the fertile soil of possibility.

See them growing and thriving under the gentle light of the new moon.

Take a moment to silently affirm these intentions for yourself.

Now shift your focus to gratitude.

Acknowledge and appreciate the abundance in your life.

Express gratitude for the opportunities that have come your way and those that have yet to unfold.

Feel a sense of gratitude filling your heart.

As you express gratitude,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,
