Then pause for a moment at the top.
Now slowly breathe out through your mouth,
Releasing all of the air.
Let's do that again one more time.
Breathe in through your nose,
Fill your belly,
Expand up into the ribcage,
Then pause.
Now slowly breathe out through your mouth,
Releasing all of the air.
Now go ahead and relax,
Breathing normally.
As you settle into this moment,

Completion,

Bring your attention back to your breath.
Inhale deeply,
