Love came knocking,
Reflection.
So when we take a moment to really see,
Love is always there for you.
Sometimes we forget and we break and fall,
But in that we can rise and remember we are whole.
Love can often be attached to this being,
This and that being that.
When we release those attachments,
Love will shine through.
That broken heart we'll see is just you breaking free.
So this poem is an invitation to remember that within you,
To reclaim that back right here and now.
Are you ready to awaken and fully embody?
Love came knocking,
No sooner had she set me free.
Love came knocking with pure glee.
Heart so big,
Wild and free,
Pure and simple as it should be.
Rat-a-tat-tat,
I'm coming back,
Back to life,
Back to you,
And together we'll break through.
Sometimes forgotten but never lost,
Held in the silence no matter the cost.
Love always guides us as we sail through,
We just have to listen and not make do.
With falsehoods risen from back in the past,
Surrender old stories that no longer last.
Inside out,
We shake it all about,
And as we steal,
Truth will reveal.
I'm coming home,
I'm unfolding in you.
Please take a moment,
Let love break through.
The trauma,
The pain,
You'll never be the same,
But the light within now speaks your name.
You'll see through the fear,
So crystal clear,
That the love you seek has always been near.
So let's jump together,
One and all,
And ride this love train back home to you.
And so this poem invites you to sit and journal with this question,
But what breakthrough is ready to come through?
And let your hand write freely,
Let your heart speak,
Let your higher self speak,
And witness without judgment,
All that wants to be revealed.

Let's rise together.
