Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Rosanne and I will guide you through this meditation to help you connect with your intuition.
Start to settle in and take a comfortable position for yourself.
Make yourself as warm and cozy as possible and when you find your position,
Slowly start to go inwards.
Lowering your gaze,
Softly closing your eyes,
Becoming aware of your surroundings,
The sounds around you,
Sounds close to you and far away,
Maybe the sounds within and as you notice them,
Pay your attention and awareness to your breath.
Start focusing on your breath,
The rise and fall of your chest,
The rise and fall of your belly,
Feeling the breath enter your nose as you inhale,
Filling up your lungs,
Filling up your belly and slowly while you exhale,
Leaving your belly,
Letting your chest fall inwards,
Releasing your breath through your nose.
Become aware of your natural breath,
Of your natural pattern of your breath and whenever you get distracted,
Thoughts come into your head,
Come back to the sound of my voice and come back to your breath,
Noticing your breath and now I wonder if you can imagine yourself sitting or lying down in beautiful sparkly soft sand,
Feeling your body completely rest and fall and sink into this sparkly soft sand.
Feel how you feel held and comforted you feel by this soft sparkly sand.
Feel every piece of your body in contact with the sand,
Feel your feet becoming heavier and sinking deeper into the sand,
Feel how your legs slowly start to sink more and more,
Relaxing and letting go.
With your next exhale,
You feel your hips sink deeper into the sand,
Relaxing even more,
Your back,
Your shoulders becoming heavier,
Sinking more into this soft sand.
Feel your arms and your hands sinking deeper and deeper,
Your head,
The back of your head,
Feel it become heavier and sinking deeper.
Feel your whole body relax,
Feel your whole body sink deeper into the soft sand,
Feel how this sand is holding you,
Covering your body and with every exhale you feel more and more relaxed.
With every exhale you become heavier and sink deeper.
Just imagine now,
While you're laying in this soft sparkly sand,
Looking upwards into the night sky,
Looking at all those beautiful stars,
Shining bright,
Feeling as if you're part of it all,
Part of something so big,
Feeling so small.
Look into the darkness and as you look to all those stars,
It's like more and more stars appear with every second.
You've never seen this many stars before and as you keep looking at those stars,
You see one of them that catches your attention,
One of them more beautiful than all the others.
And that one star that catches your attention,
Starts to become closer and closer and closer to you,
Till it is right in front of your eyes,
Floating above the center of your forehead.
And as you look at it closer,
You see how beautiful it is,
How bright it is,
How shiny it is.
Just notice what it looks like to you and while you take your next inhale,
This star comes even closer,
Touching the part between your eyebrows and starts to travel to the inner side of your head,
Where it's now in the center of your head,
Shining this bright beautiful light inside your head.
Feel how it feels there,
Feel if you can connect with it,
Feel the sensations and just ask yourself what this star,
This inner star wants to tell you.
What does it want you to know?
What does it want you to know?
And as you start to listen,
Notice what comes up for you,
Notice what comes to your awareness and trust that whatever comes up for you,
Is exactly what you need to know,
Is exactly what is meant for you.
Whether that's a thought,
An image,
A sensation,
Trust that that is exactly what you need,
It is exactly what you need to know.
Start to listen,
Listen to what it has to say.
Maybe nothing comes up for you,
That's totally fine as well.
It takes time to develop your intuition,
To notice what it has to say.
And if you did get an answer,
If you did get some guidance,
How can you make this happen?
What can you do with this information?
How can you act upon this information?
Now,
Slowly start to come back to your breath,
Take a deep inhale and release.
Slowly coming back into this space,
Take as long as you like here.
Thank you for listening to this meditation.
Namaste.
Have a lovely rest of your day.
