Hello beautiful people, Here I have a beautiful 7 minute guided meditation. To help you ground and connect more with yourself. We focus so much on all the things we have to do and give away so much of our time and energy to everything outside of us. That we can forget to take a moment for ourselves. Take these few minutes for yourself. Whenever you feel your energy is going outward to much, you feel chaotic, overwhelmed, stressed and you just need a moment to connect with yourself again.

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

This will be a short meditation to help you ground,

Feel more centered and present whenever you need during the day.

Whether it is just after you wake up or after a hard day of work,

Just find moments,

Just a few minutes to help yourself connect.

Come into a seated position with your hands resting on your knees,

Slowly closing your eyes and start connecting with your breath.

Slowly inhaling through your nose and exhale sighing out.

Breathe in to your lungs and release.

One more inhale and exhale.

Start becoming aware of every part of your body touching the ground underneath you.

Feel the sensations.

Is it a soft or a hard surface underneath you?

Feel warm or cold?

Just feel every bit of your body touching the surface underneath you and sink deeper,

Becoming heavier and rest.

Feel the support underneath you,

How the ground is holding you.

Breathe in and release and every time you exhale you feel yourself sinking deeper into the ground,

Connecting more with the surface underneath you,

Feeling how it's holding you.

Relax with every exhale.

Breathe in all the way into your spine and from the base of your spine grow a root all the way into the earth,

Traveling through the mud,

Through the rocks,

All the way to the core of the earth,

Connecting your spine deeply into the ground,

Feeling like it's pulling you towards the core of the earth,

Rooting you deeper,

Connecting you deeper,

Giving more support,

Giving more stability.

With every exhale,

Release any tension in your body,

Any negative thoughts and emotions along your spine into this root towards the earth,

Where you can release and let go.

Feel the magnetic pull onto this root,

Pulling every negative piece of energy from your body,

This energy being transmuted into something positive and nourishing,

So that it can fill you up.

Feel this energy moving up into this root,

Into your body,

This nourishing warm and light energy traveling from the base of your spine up into your feet,

Your legs,

Your belly,

Your spine,

Feeling the warmth and this nourishing energy flow into your heart,

Traveling around it,

Filling the space up,

Expansive,

Flowing into your shoulders,

Your neck and your arms,

Giving more light and space into your hands,

Bringing love into your neck,

Your face,

Into your scalp,

Feeling the warmth all through your body,

The lightness,

The love,

The nourishment from your own energy,

All your negative energy transmuted into this nourishment,

Now flowing into your body,

Connecting you deeper to the earth.

As you feel this energy flow through you,

You can slowly start connecting to your breath again,

Feeling sensations in your fingers and your toes,

Moving them around and slowly start to open your eyes,

So that you can use this loving energy,

This grounded energy in every moment of your day,

Connecting you more to the presence.
