Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Rosanne and today I will guide you through some affirmations to cultivate more self-love.

Whether we were aware of it or not,

If it's conscious or unconscious,

There are parts within us that feel like we are not deserving of good things.

But none of that is true.

We are innately deserving,

Worthy,

Just for who we are.

By hearing these affirmations or speaking them out loud yourself,

I hope you will feel more love and compassion towards yourself.

Because you are deserving.

You are deserving of good things.

Just take any affirmations that resonate with you and leave the ones that don't.

Now,

Get into a comfortable position for yourself,

Sitting or laying down.

When you find your spot,

You find your comfortable position,

Gently and softly close your eyes.

Just arrive,

Coming to this place,

Entering the space of you.

Your mind might start to race,

Go to different places.

That's all okay.

When you notice it,

Just come back to my voice.

Start connecting to your breath,

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling softly.

Finding your natural breath,

Becoming aware of your breath,

Feeling it flow into your nose,

Into your chest,

Your belly.

Becoming aware how it moves through your body,

Feeling how your body relaxes with every exhale.

Just find your comfortable pace of your breath,

Relaxing with every exhale,

Becoming softer with every exhale.

And I wonder if you can relax your body just a little bit more,

Losing your shoulders,

Unfurl your brows,

Unclench your jaw,

Dropping deeper into your space,

Letting your hips and your legs relax,

Releasing any tension that's left within your body.

And as I start speaking these affirmations,

You can either just listen to them or you can speak them out loud.

Whatever feels good to you.

I deserve love,

Ease and peace in my life.

I deserve to feel happy and joyful every single day.

I deserve to walk through my days with a light and compassionate heart.

I deserve to feel fully accepted and seen for who I am.

I deserve to wake up energized and bright.

I deserve beauty and magic in my life.

I deserve experience and joy,

All that life has to offer.
