This guided meditation helps you shine your light and stand more in your authenticity. I believe that as children we are truer versions of ourselves, expressive, curious and fearless. As we go through life we mould ourselves to our environment, or form different patterns through our experiences. We start to lose a part of ourselves, our true light and authentic expression. Here I help you rediscover what is still within you, and show you that you can express your fullest self. You deserve it!

Hello and welcome to this full moon guided meditation.

Full moons will shine a light on your inner world,

In your emotions.

During this time your emotions can be heightened,

Some old patterns might come up to be revisited and you can reflect on what has and hasn't been working for you.

For this full moon meditation you'll be able to step more into your authenticity and stand in your power.

With that being said,

Come into a comfortable position,

Sitting or laying down and start closing your eyes,

Slowly connecting to your breath,

Noticing the pattern of your breath,

Becoming aware how it's flowing into your body,

How it's feeling in your nose,

Moving into your chest,

Into your belly,

How it expands with every inhalation and contracts with every exhalation.

Become aware of the length of your breath,

The length of your inhalation,

The length of your exhalation.

And if your breath is not balanced,

If your inhalation is longer or your exhalation is longer,

Try to make them even,

Making your inhalation as long as your exhalation.

You can start breathing in for four,

Breathing out for four,

Just slowly start the exhalation,

Making it a bit longer and deeper,

Bringing you into a deeper state of relaxation and deeper calm.

And whenever a thought is coming up,

Don't try to judge it,

Just notice it,

Noticing coming up and start connecting to your breath.

To your breath.

And as you slowly start to come back to your natural breath,

Start thinking of how you were as a child,

Where you felt most alive,

Emotionally yourself.

How were you expressing yourself?

How were you walking for life?

Maybe you were a natural leader or very bold and fearless,

Maybe very adventurous and curious.

Just think back how you were as a child and think of one moment where you felt mostly yourself.

Feel how you felt in that moment,

Where you feel in your body,

What this feeling feels like.

Do you feel joyful,

Excited or maybe calm or maybe curious?

Feel into that feeling,

Let it fill up your whole body,

Into your heart and all the way into your toes.

Let it fill you up completely.

Now think of how you are moving through life today.

Do you see any difference?

Do you see any difference with a little child you were than the peace that is still within you?

Maybe through these years you've been holding back on showing yourself,

Expressing yourself because it's been seen as arrogant or maybe too much.

But you are here for yourself.

You are here to shine.

You are allowed to be here and show yourself and stand in your own power.

You're allowed to express yourself in every single way that's most authentic to you.

So where can you show a bit more of that little child,

Of how this child was expressing into the world,

Taking leadership,

Taking pride or joy,

Being bold,

Being curious and adventurous,

Anything.

How can you show more of that child?

It just feels as if this child is still within your heart and every time you feel you're holding back on how you want to express yourself,

Try to remember this little child is still within you,

Still within your heart.

You can feel like that little child again,

Just as you felt a moment ago.

You can tap into this feeling every time you want and taking action to show more of who you truly are.

Slowly start to come back to your breath,

Allowing to flow into your chest and into your belly and with your next exhale,

Sigh it out.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly start to open your eyes,

Come back into the space.
