Solar Plexus And Third Eye Chakra Connection Meditation

In this meditation we are exploring the connection between the solar plexus chakra and the third eye chakra. These two energy centres are inextricably linked as the Manipura or Solar Plexus is home to the enteric nervous system or ‘belly brain,’ and is most commonly recognised as our “gut instinct. The third eye is the seat of our intuition and inner knowing. It is the place where we find our insight, our clarity, our inner wisdom. Together, the solar plexus and the third eye unify the wisdom of the body and the mind, and today we will meditate on connecting these two beautiful chakras.
