Welcome to this grounding meditation.
Make yourself very comfortable,
Either lying or sitting.
Make sure you are comfortable and start to settle in your body.
Take a deep breath through your mouth,
Into your belly and again,
All while becoming more and more present.
Start to imagine a big root coming out of your feet.
Can you imagine a root like the root of a tree that extends itself into the earth.
This root is multiple roots and as you look,
You see it stretching out,
Connecting to the earth and make you feel safe and grounded.
You feel that your energy is connected to this root and that all the things that do not serve you can flow right into the earth.
Just ride through the roots to the earth.
Take your time to shut yourself from all non-serving thoughts,
Negative assumptions or dense thoughts.
These energies that you carry that are no longer needed for you to carry.
Let them all flow back to the earth and when you feel released,
Listen to the earth.
You can imagine golden light,
Golden light starts at the top of your head,
Showers down around your body,
Washing away the very last things you are carrying that do not serve you.
Washing away all the negativity.
Your feet are still grounded,
Connected to the earth with the deep roots standing.
You take another deep breath and while you still feel that golden light around you,
You are able to proceed your day,
More grounded,
Less heavy.
Whatever the day has still in store for you,
You can do it,
You can carry it,
Because you always have your roots.
When you start coming back to the present moment,
You may open your eyes,
Let the light in and proceed what you are doing.
