Let me guide you into your own future. We will visualize an ideal day where you can connect to the energy that you are longing to live. By already connecting to that energy in this present moment, you align your frequency. In this way, you let the universe know you are ready to manifest your longings into the physical world. To strengthen the effect, it is helpful to repeat this practice regularly.

Start by taking a deep breath.

Make sure you are very comfortable either sitting or lying down and see if you can move just a bit to be 10% more comfortable than you already are.

Maybe move a leg,

Grab a pillow,

Make sure that you can take the rest and the comfort you need.

So today I want to invite you on a little journey where we are going to connect with our future self.

And these kind of practices are very effective in manifesting your ideal future,

Your ideal self because by feeling this energy we are able to already draw it into the now and this lets us manifest it more easy while still being in the now we can already live our potential,

We can already be our best self.

So when you take your time to settle in,

Feel the ground beneath you,

It is carrying you,

You can fully rest and let yourself be supported.

Now take a look at yourself as where you are the observer that is seeing you from a bird's eye,

Which clothes are you wearing,

How is your posture.

Now think of any time span in the future.

The first thing that pops in your head is ok,

This could be 6 months or a year or maybe 5 years.

Wherever you want to travel you can stick to that time span.

So imagine waking up at that day in the future.

How do you feel in the morning?

You may feel energized,

Ready to start your new day.

What are you doing?

What is your morning routine on this day?

And what is the place you wake up?

Is it your own bed?

Is it maybe somewhere in nature?

Try to imagine the space.

And maybe you have a well thought morning routine.

Or you just see what the morning brings you.

Stretching out your body,

Taking a shower,

Whatever feels good,

You can do it.

And while this morning is progressing,

You ask yourself what you are going to do today.

What would you like to do today?

Maybe it's just a normal working day.

Or maybe you are free.

You can see wherever you want to go.

Just take a moment to think about that.

And when you have an idea of what you are going to do,

Just proceed your day.

Maybe you are going to meet up with someone whom you have a nice conversation with,

Nice connection.

Maybe you are in a relationship and you are with the partner of your dreams.

And imagine how that partner is.

And look how that makes you feel.

How do you feel spending a day with your ideal partner or with just a very nice friend?

How does your energy look?

Maybe you have the confidence to fully embrace who you are.

Or you are just so excited about life right now that you are just so enthusiastic to tell your friend about what you already accomplished.

Whatever you may be doing,

Make connection with the energy of how you feel and fully embrace that energy.

Let it flow through your body.

This is your full potential.

Your ideal self on an ideal day.

This is exactly how you are meant to feel.

Or you are meant to do how you are meant to be.

And this may be closer than you think,

Because right now,

While connecting with that ideal self,

That ideal day in the future,

You are already living it.

Because you shift your energy.

Maybe you can feel it in your body.

How does it feel?

Where do you feel it?

And when the afternoon comes,

What are you going to do?

Maybe you are finishing work,

Going home to your kids or your partner,

Or just going home alone to enjoy your rest.

What are you doing?

And when you arrive,

How do you feel?

Do you feel content,

Full of the day?

Are you tired a bit?

And what does the evening bring?

On this day in the future,

What are you going to do?

Maybe have a nice dinner,

Or you are going to work out,

Or you are just going to chill out the couch,

Read a book.

See what pops up in your head and follow that.

And meanwhile,

Stay connected to how you are feeling,

To your energy.

And when the end of this wonderful day comes,

You may ask yourself what are the feelings that you experience before you go to sleep?

Are you grateful for this day,

Grateful for your life right now?

Are you full of experiences,

Full of love for the life you are living?

What are you feeling before you drift off to sleep?

And you may notice this beautiful day,

This future self is just right here within you.

And you can connect with this energy whenever you want.

And when you go on with your life in the present moment,

You can just experience how it would be if you just are the ideal self already.

How would you act?

What would you do?

And by taking this awareness in your life right now,

You will be able to manifest that future you just imagined.

Because this is how the law of attraction works.

Thoughts become things.

And when you align your thoughts with how you would like it to be,

You are already living in that energy.

So then the universe will line up with that frequency.

So have trust that everything you are longing for belongs also for you.

And that all the potential is already within you.

Now take a moment to bathe in that energy,

In that feeling of having had an amazing day of living your full potential.

And let this journey integrate into your unconscious as you will carry it with you throughout the day,

Throughout the week,

Throughout your life.

Take a deep breath in and release.

You may slowly come back in the space you are in and draw your attention back to this moment.

Thank yourself for being here,

Taking this time.

Ery soothing. I am not very good at visualising. I know how loa works but unfortunately i cant do the visualisations. I always drify off and honestly I'm not 100% sure exactly how i see myself on the future. There are so many versions which i would love to be doing and i cant pick just one. šŸ™ˆ šŸ™
