Welcome,

Dear one,

To this guided practice.

Today I want to invite you to reconnect with your body,

With yourself,

With your heart space,

And really take this time to arrive and give yourself some extra love.

Make yourself very comfortable,

Either lying or sitting.

Start by settling in and see if you can just be 10% more comfortable.

Maybe move your leg or whatever feels good.

Take a deep inhale,

Fill your tummy and release.

And once more.

Deep inhale and big release.

If you may feel starting to settle in more in your body,

I would like to do a little body scan.

Starting at the top of your head,

Imagining warm sun rays that warm your whole body.

Starting above your head,

Crown,

Spreading a warm feeling from the tip of your head,

Through your forehead,

Back of your head,

Neck,

Your entire face.

And you notice your jaws relaxing in your tongue.

And this warm feeling spreads down through your neck,

Through your shoulders.

Makes your shoulders feel warm and relaxed.

Hide through your back,

Your chest,

Upper arms,

Lower arms,

Through your hands,

Through the tip of your fingers,

Through your belly,

You feel your body becoming warmer and softer by this warm embrace of the sun.

And through your belly and lower back you feel it spreading down your hips,

Pelvic area,

Your butt.

And then through your upper legs,

Down to your lower legs and your knees,

All the way to your feet.

Your toes and your ankles,

All around you feel that warm embrace of the sun,

Forming your whole entire body.

You feel warm and safe and embraced.

And as you relax even more,

I would like you to imagine yourself sitting down.

This can be in any space,

It doesn't have to be a particular space,

Whatever comes to mind is okay.

So as you sit down,

You still feel relaxed,

Warm and embraced.

You imagine yourself sitting in front of a person,

And that person turns out to be you.

It's like looking in a mirror,

Seeing yourself in a chair in front of you,

Sitting there very calm and relaxed.

You can observe yourself for a bit and be aware of how you look,

What you are wearing,

How your hair is.

And by starting to look in the eyes of the person,

You feel that you can connect to that person,

Connect to yourself.

Looking in your own eyes may be confronting or a bit scary sometimes.

Whatever you may feel,

It's all okay.

Just try to connect with that other person that is you.

And as you feel more connected,

You can start by putting awareness on your heart space.

You may put a hand on your heart,

Or one hand on your belly if you like,

And really connect to that space in your chest.

Breathe within that space,

And feel how your heart is expanding,

Energy is expanding.

And when you feel you are ready,

You can start connecting from your own heart to the heart of the person in front of you.

You can still look into her eyes and send her heart energy,

Or send him loving kindness from that space in your chest.

You feel how that energy radiates,

And that there is an exchange between you both,

Sending loving energy to each other.

And as you sit there with your heart open,

Connected to yourself and to your other self,

You may start to say some things to her or him.

And try to really speak from your heart.

What are the things that you would like to say to yourself?

Feel from your heart what is really needed for the other person to feel connected to you.

Maybe you want to reassure yourself that you are doing good,

That you are okay,

And that you are loved.

Try to really,

Really feel from a loving perspective what it is that you do give to yourself.

Maybe it's safety.

You may say,

I see you,

You are safe,

Or I respect you,

And I acknowledge your needs.

I love you.

I am here for you.

I carry you.

And feel that this strengthens the connection with yourself.

As your heart is open,

You feel that the other person needs your love,

And you are able to give the love,

Give the reassurance that you are okay,

Just as you are.

You may tell the other person that,

That you are perfect,

Just the way you are.

And you know that this kind of love can only be given by you,

To you.

That no one else can ever replace this love.

That this is all yours to give to yourself,

And that you are deserving of this love.

You are perfect just the way you are,

And when you acknowledge that within yourself,

Then all the fulfilling from outside is extra.

It's only filling to your already full cup.

And as you notice yourself being full of warm and loving energy,

You may once connect with your heart again.

Breathe into that space,

And feel if there is something more you want to say to yourself,

To that other front of you.

And when you feel you are ready,

You may say goodbye,

And see the other in front of you fade,

Fade into light.

And as you sit there one more moment,

You may become aware of your body again,

Sitting in the space where you are at.

Feel your feet,

Your hands,

Start coming back to the present moment,

To your body in here and now.

And feel that all that love and energy that you just sent to yourself,

Fills you up.

And that this energy stays with you,

As you radiate it out into the world.

Be grateful for taking this time to give yourself some love,

To reconnect to your heart.

And when you slowly come back to this moment,

Take your time to slowly open your eyes,

Wiggle your fingers and toes maybe a bit.

And I want to thank you for taking this time.

And I wish you have a wonderful day.
