Welcome to this energy cleanse before sleep.
Make sure you have shut off all your devices,
Your screens,
And you are ready to drift off into a nice and peaceful sleep.
I first invite you to make yourself very comfortable,
If you want to move or you want to move a pillow,
Please do so.
And then when you are ready,
You can take a deep breath into your belly.
And feel that your body is already getting ready to sleep.
Throughout the day we encounter so many different things,
Different people,
Different thoughts,
Or different surroundings.
And it could seem that in every situation we find ourselves in,
Or every person we encounter,
We leave some of our energy.
And now when you are ready to sleep,
It can be helpful to gather all these different energies back and release them.
So now I want to invite you to imagine that you have a bowl,
A big bowl above your head.
And this bowl is made of glass and is still empty right now.
And while you are slowly thinking of all the situations and people that you left your energy with,
You gather these back into this bowl,
And start seeing that the bowl is filling with water.
First it starts with a little layer at the bottom.
And you think of situations like at your work,
With colleagues,
Or with friends or family.
Or maybe the trip you did with a car or train.
And start slowly filling this bowl with more and more water,
Bit by bit.
And while you are doing this,
You feel that you pull all these fragments of energy back,
Back to yourself,
Back into the bowl.
Filling and filling with water.
And you can see that this bowl is getting fuller and fuller.
While you walk through your day and through your experiences.
It could be that there are some places that are more energy left than others.
Now it's time to take it all back and pour it into the bowl.
And when the bowl is fully filled,
And you can see the water right under the edge,
You tilt the bowl with your hands.
And you bring it in front of you.
Now you can see all that you gathered throughout the day.
It's a big bowl of energy,
A big bowl of water.
Now it's time to take the bowl in both hands and see the crystal clear water.
The water you gathered back throughout your day.
It's now time to pour it over yourself and cleanse everything that is not needed anymore before you go into sleep.
You take this bowl with both hands and pour it over your head.
You can feel that the water refreshes you from your head downwards to your shoulders,
To your arms,
To your chest and all the way to your hips and your legs.
This water makes sure that everything that is not serving you anymore is refreshed and taken away.
You feel lighter and more clear and your body is able to relax more and more.
And if your mind is still occupied with some thoughts about the day or about tomorrow,
Then that's totally fine.
No need to judge yourself.
Just let them pass.
Let the thoughts pass and feel that there is no need to hold on to anything that does not serve you in your sleep.
So while your body relaxes more and more,
You feel that also your mind is drifting and that you become calm,
Ready to go and leave this day for now.
There is no other place where you need to be right now.
And you can fully trust that you are safe and held in the warm embrace of your bed.
When sleep is starting to catch you,
Let yourself fall into its arms and drift easily and calm.
You feel the light.
