Let’s start from the beginning with the letter A… There’s Arrowroot, Artichoke, Arugula & Asparagus… Perhaps you’ve heard of others, are there any more to discuss? Moving on to the letter B… How many are there, let’s list them and see. There are Bamboo shoots, Beets, Bok Choy, Broccoli, & the Brussel sprout… All super charged with nutrition no doubt... M.

Bode Let's start from the beginning with the letter A.

There's arrowroot,

Artichoke,

Arugula,

And asparagus.

Perhaps you've heard of others.

Are there any more to discuss?

B,

How many are there?

Let's list them and see.

There's bamboo shoots,

Beets,

Bok choy,

Broccoli,

And the brussel sprout.

All supercharged with nutrition,

No doubt.

Next is the letter C.

So many healthy choices,

Wouldn't you agree?

There's cabbage,

Carrots,

Cauliflower,

Celery,

Chicory,

Collard greens,

And corn.

So many delicious vegetables to dress up and adorn.

Next we have the letter D.

How many are there?

Let me see.

There's the daikon radish,

Dachin,

And dinosaur kale.

Some delicious options without fail.

Let's move to the next letter E.

Seems like I can only come up with three.

There's edamame,

Eggplant,

And endive.

That's all the E vegetables I can conceive.

F is the next letter on our quest.

I wonder which vegetables I will enjoy best.

There's fennel and fiddleheads that come from a certain type of fern.

So many new facts about vegetables to learn.

The next letter is G.

How many are there?

Let's list them and see.

There's garlic,

Gem squash,

Ginger,

And green onions as well.

Wonderful vegetables filled with aromatic smells.

On to H,

The next letter.

Some fine additions to help your health.

There's hamburg parsley,

Heart of palm,

And horseradish root.

Some more unique flavors to add to our vegetable listing pursuit.

The next letter is I,

And I can only think of one.

Iceberg lettuce is sure to pack some crisp and crunchy fun.

The letter J,

There's a few that will suit.

There's jalapeno pepper and jicama root.

Moving on to the letter K.

So many new vegetables still to learn about today.

There's kabocha squash,

Kale,

And kelp.

So many options for nutritional help.

Next up is the letter L.

There's leeks,

And I'm sure the leafy green named lettuce rings a bell.

On to the letter M.

Some delicious vegetables,

Whether root or stem.

There's malabar spinach,

Malanga,

Mashua,

And the mustard green.

Delicious fuel to keep us feeling healthy and clean.

The next letter N has only three that I can find.

Napa cabbage,

Nopal,

And nori are the three that come to mind.

Next there's the letter O.

There's okra and onions.

That's the only two that I know.

How many are there for the next letter P?

Let's list them and see.

There's parsnip,

Peppers,

And potato of course.

All delicious treats from a natural source.

Next is the letter Q.

I can't think of any.

Can you?

The next letter is R.

How many are there?

Let's see.

There's radicchio,

Radish,

And rutabaga makes three.

Next the letter S has quite a few.

There's salsify,

Shallots,

Sorrel,

Spaghetti squash,

Spinach,

Sweet potato,

And swiss chard too.

How many are there for the next letter,

Which is T?

One is taro,

Two is turmeric,

And the turnip makes three.

The letter U offers some unique vegetables to address.

There's ube,

Uycos,

And the antioxidant-rich upland cress.

The next letter is V.

The vedalia onion is the only name that comes to me.

On to the next letter W.

There's water chestnut,

Watercress,

Wheatgrass,

And wild leeks too.

I can't think of any vegetables that start with an X.

There's yam,

Yaro,

Last and certainly not least is the letter Z.

There's zebra eggplant and zucchini.
