Take a journey to the Galactic Center. Set your purpose and Traverse the universe. Gather valuable information that will assist you on your Terrestrial Path. Settle into stillness as you embrace your imagination and inner sight throughout this peaceful practice.

Before we begin,
Take a moment to set your purpose for this journey.
What do you seek to gain from this experience?
What insights or knowledge do you hope to receive?
Throughout this experience,
Write down your inner dialogue so you can review it once the active imagination exercise has ended.
Write down your purpose at the top of your note page.
See the words in the page.
Keep your purpose in mind,
Allowing it to guide you throughout the journey.
Settle into a comfortable position and take a deep breath in.
Expanding your lungs and let it out.
Further settling into stillness.
Let's begin our exploration.
Imagine yourself sitting on the ground.
Notice the texture beneath you.
How does it feel?
What sounds or smells are around you?
Acknowledge the space you're in and its qualities.
Take another deep breath in.
And exhale.
Continue to visualize sitting in this space.
From above,
Imagine your body sitting on the ground,
Looking up at the sky.
Imagine the moon reflecting light down onto your body.
And your body looking out at the moon.
Focus on the details of the moon.
Its surface,
Texture,
Its glow.
What is most apparent to you?
Now envision yourself sitting on the moon's surface.
Reach down and touch the surface.
What do you feel?
Take note of the sensations.
The change in gravity and peacefulness.
Imagine yourself sitting on the moon.
Daydreaming about your purpose.
Allow yourself to view the daydream.
Tune into understanding of what your inner dialogue is sharing with you.
Write down what comes to mind.
What is valuable to you right now?
How does it relate to your purpose for this journey?
Let your vision become clear.
Like watching a movie.
Now begin to relax your body even further.
Take a deep breath and let go of your focus.
Shift your mental focus towards open space.
What color is the vast darkness?
Look down and visualize the moon's surface moving away from you as you ascend,
Feeling lighter and more free.
Move at whatever pace you are comfortable with.
As you drift away from the gravitational field,
Visualize yourself in deep space looking at the earth and moon.
Acknowledge their relationship and pull on one another.
Notice how they appear smaller as you move away.
Take a cleansing breath and imagine you're looking at the moon,
Earth and sun from your vantage point in space.
Notice the sensation of weightlessness,
The vast distances between these celestial bodies and the soft glowing luminescence that surrounds you.
Feel the warmth of the sun's radiant energy.
Embody how relaxed and free you are,
How liberated you feel in this boundless expanse.
The sun's radiance calls to you and you decide to journey towards it.
The sun's radiance calls to you and you decide to journey toward the center of our solar system.
As you drift closer,
Feel the lack of resistance around you,
The ease of your movement.
The sun grows larger in your view.
Its warmth and light embrace you.
With full confidence,
Move inward toward the center,
Merging with the sun's core in life-giving energy.
Feel the warmth of the entire solar system rejuvenating every part of you,
Filling you with a deep,
Radiant vitality and completeness.
As you expand with this internal radiance,
Allow your awareness to stretch outward,
Encompassing the entire expanse of our solar system.
Express gratitude for the sun's gift of energy,
Acknowledging its vital role in your journey.
Take a deep breath in and out.
From the edge of our solar system,
Look into the vastness of deep space and imagine the center of the Milky Way galaxy in the far distance.
As you decide to leave the far-out orbit of our solar system and move your awareness toward the Milky Way's galactic center,
Take a deep breath in and exhale,
Relaxing even more.
Consciously observe the earth,
Sun,
And moon as they begin to recede from view,
Growing smaller as you move further into the depth of space at a pace that feels right for you.
Now,
As you find yourself in deep space,
Outside of our solar system,
Outside of our solar system,
Free-falling toward the Milky Way's galactic center,
Your travel is still from your perspective.
Feel the inertia of your journey,
The gentle pull carried as you orbit closer,
Like being cradled in a cosmic womb.
If at any point you feel stuck in orbit,
Gently redirect your awareness back to the Milky Way's galactic center,
Allowing yourself to continue the space trip through the spiraling arms in all of its contents.
As you pass by unique planets,
Stars,
And galaxies,
Notice each one suspended in its own orbit.
If you feel drawn into another planet or galaxy's field,
Consciously choose to disconnect and continue your journey toward the galactic center.
When you arrive at the center,
Take in the full brilliance of luminaries you pass Take in the full brilliance of luminaries you pass in the plane you travel through to reach this centered point in the Milky Way.
Look above yourself and sense the vastness you encompass.
Look below yourself.
Feel the oceanic space that surrounds you.
Embrace the peace that permeates this space.
Take a moment to float in this cosmic river.
Do you notice any unique qualities,
Thoughts,
Or feelings emerging?
Take a few cycles of deep inhales and exhales to fully immerse yourself in the experience to fully immerse yourself in the experience of being at the core of this greater field.
Is there any specific information or insights that come to you?
When you are ready,
Look outward from the center and notice the Milky Way is spiraling around an even larger cosmic body.
Recognize and express gratitude for all the information you've gathered in this space-time center.
Feel a sense of excitement that your adventure continues.
Consciously decide to let go,
Allowing the galactic center of the Milky Way to drift away from you at a pace that feels comfortable.
As the Milky Way fades from sight,
You find yourself in deep space once again,
Journeying further into something larger than your comprehension.
Take a deep breath and exhale,
Feeling how rejuvenated you are,
As though you've been recharged with core information essential to your journey.
Feel gratitude for the ability to travel through space-time,
To explore the vast universe with your imagination.
When you are ready to return to your current space-time,
Where you began this journey,
Look back and see the luminescent trail you've left behind.
This path will always be there,
Illuminating the way for you to take this journey again,
Whenever you need a broader perspective.
As you return to our solar system,
Feel a sense of gain and accomplishment that you are bringing back key information embedded in your subconscious,
Unconscious,
And conscious awareness from this space trip.
Insights that will assist you on your terrestrial journey.
Take a deep breath and exhale.
Be grateful for the entirety of what you are.
Finally,
Envision yourself settling back into your seated position on the ground where you originally began.
Feel your awareness fully returning to your body.
Take a few cycles of deep breaths and listen to the sound of the air moving through your body.
Recognize the gratitude in your heart for the journey you've taken,
For the ability to traverse the universe and gather experiences from a greater field of knowledge that is valuable to your purpose at this time.
When you are ready,
Gently move your body,
Adjust and become fully aware of your physical surroundings.
You may find that things will keep coming up for you after the act of imagination.
