Hello,

This is Dr.

Lee Berry.

Let's spend a few minutes together enjoying some peace.

Please find a comfortable position in which to spend the next few minutes either lying down or seated comfortably.

A place without distraction where you can feel free to close your eyes and allow your mind to be calm.

Breathe with me.

Deep breath in and out.

Breathe in and out.

And deeply one more time,

In and out.

Our time together today is all about how you feel.

As we move forward,

Allow yourself the luxury of letting go,

Of feeling perfectly safe and happy,

Of releasing all defenses or any concerns.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Allow yourself to feel to feel how you feel in this moment.

As you continue to breathe comfortably,

As the day-to-day focus falls away from you,

Find that you can be much more aware of your personal energy and feelings.

With each breath,

Imagine a golden white liquid light flowing down into your body,

Being drawn in through the top of your head,

And circulated with each breath.

Breathe in and out.

Notice the character of this light shining through any areas of congestion or shadow,

Cleansing and clearing any disharmony or imbalance.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Imagine this light filling your bodily form more fully with each breath.

It's light shining away any shadows,

Soothing and nurturing your physical body as you breathe.

And as the chest begins to fill with this warmth,

Let us turn our focus to your energetic heart.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Allow yourself the privilege of opening your energetic heart to this cleansing golden white light.

Feel the gentle calm and sweet trust it brings.

Allow yourself to be gentle with yourself as we move slowly through this cleansing together.

Any negative memories,

Outdated thoughts,

Fears,

Disappointments,

All no longer meaningful nor needed.

Let this spiritual light dissolve them into the light of love,

For that's what our hearts are about.

And love is always the key to healing.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

As you focus on your energetic heart,

Continuing to breathe this golden white spiritual light,

Feel your heart become resonant with this source of an ending calm,

Of peace,

Of love.

Continue to breathe comfortably and easily as we spend a few moments in silence.

Enjoy this connection to your higher self.

As you begin to feel complete,

Slowly allow your perception to come back into the room,

Into your body,

Refreshed,

Balanced,

Peaceful,

And aligned.
