Feel it begin to allow this relaxation to flow through it.

As you continue to feel relaxation flow down through your system,
Feel it soothe and calm the nerves,
Easing any tension in the physical body,
Softening the rhythm of the heart,
Allowing the harmony and balance to flow through you.
