As you continue to breathe and relax,
Let's draw our attention to the motion and depth of your breath.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
As you inhale,
Feel the fullness of your chest as it rises and falls.
Notice the easing of tension as the breath leaves your body.
That's something we can use.
With each cycle,
Nourishing oxygen in,
Physical tension out.
In and out.
In and out.
Find yourself more and more relaxed with each breath.
As your body begins to feel heavy,
Relaxed,
And comfortable,
Notice too that your thoughts and feelings have begun to ease as well.
Deep breath in and out.
As we continue to breathe,
Imagine a golden white liquid light being drawn down through the top of your head,
Down into your brain with each inhalation.
From your head and brain,
You feel this liquid light flowing down through your spinal cord,
Shining out any areas of shadow or density.
Feel this light flow down from your head,
Through your spine,
Out through the nerves,
To all areas of the body.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Feel this light brighten and cleanse each part of the body that it touches.
Muscles,
Bones,
Tendons,
Organs,
Blood,
Skin,
Hair.
Feel this liquid light shine through each and every piece of you,
Clearing away any shadows or resistance.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And as you feel this soothing light filling your system,
Shining brightly with the purity of you,
Remember that this is always available.
This stream of nourishing calm and harmony,
Always there for you,
Just waiting for you to allow it.
