This first episode is all about why traditional business advice is failing so many soul-led entrepreneurs and what actually works in this new energetic landscape.

So let's begin.

What I've discovered lately is that business as most of us were taught is built on outdated principles.

There's hustle,

Pressure,

Funnels,

Force,

Strategy stacked on top of more strategy.

It's not just draining on your nervous system and on your soul but actually it's obsolete and not working that well.

And this is because we've entered a brand new era and whether you're aware of it or not,

Your business is already feeling the shift.

So I'm a big follower of Chinese metaphysics and what we are entering is a complete new brand of frequency.

Actually,

Officially we moved there in February 2024.

It's called Period 9 and it's a 20-year energetic cycle governed by the element of fire.

And this isn't just some poetic metaphor,

It's actual planetary shift that's already changing the way business works.

So Period 8,

Which ruled the last two decades from 2004 until 2024,

Was grounded in the element of earth.

It valued structure,

Logic,

Repetition.

It also valued young males and it rewarded consistency and effort.

And this was the era of bro marketing,

Rigid blueprints,

Content calendars,

30-step launches and showing up constantly just to stay visible.

You remember this kind of like,

You know,

Post three times a day.

It actually no longer lands because the energy has shifted.

So what used to work is falling completely flat on its face.

So what is the new energy in Period 9?

Well,

We've entered a time of intuition,

Magnetism,

Spiritual mastery and compassionate leadership.

The rules of business are changing and most entrepreneurs are still trying to succeed using tools that were designed for a reality that no longer exists.

And this energy is not like a light switch,

It's like a dimmer switch.

So it's getting stronger and stronger.

Officially we entered into it in 2024.

However,

The shift started around the solstice of December 2020.

And this energy is only going to intensify and the next 10 years it will reach its peak.

After that,

It will be moving into Period 1 because there's 9 periods in a cycle.

So we're also ending a macro cycle of 180 years.

And then we're heading into Period 1,

Which will be governed by the element of water.

But we still have the next 20 years to actually evolve our business so that it's actually fit for the new 180-year-old cycle.

So this is where we are headed.

So what does that actually mean for your business?

Because we can be here talking about astrology,

But it's actually about,

Well,

How does it translate to day-to-day?

Well,

The biggest thing is that in this new cycle,

Mediocrity simply doesn't hold.

There is nowhere to hide.

You need to be at your best and you need to be at your real essence.

Because the frequency is too high and the collective field is too intelligent.

So posting in volume on online or just kind of doing like not so much quality by quantity,

It doesn't land anymore.

Because we are in an era where the bar has been raised very,

Very high,

Not just externally,

You know,

People getting smarter with video editing online and everything seems so kind of polished,

But also the bar has been raised energetically.

So if you're listening to this here and you're thinking,

Oh my goodness me,

Technology is not my thing.

Remember,

Technology is getting intuitive and I bet you are an intuitive being so you can manage technology.

But you've got a great advantage energetically as a conscious entrepreneur.

Because here's the thing,

The audience and the clients can feel when something is off.

They may not be able to explain why,

But they will just scroll past,

Click away or stay silent.

They won't engage.

And this is where your authentic frequency becomes like the strongest currency.

Because so clients,

The ones that you're here to serve,

Will no longer be attracted by like some clever hooks or gimmicks or some over polished promises.

The last 20 years we were all marketing to just the mind,

Whereas now we're also marketing to the heart.

And even deeper,

It's like a frequency exchange.

So the clients will feel your frequency and their frequency will react to it.

So they are tuned to resonance and not some kind of performance.

They're looking for truth,

For leadership and for embodiment of what you're teaching.

So,

You know,

Especially now in the era of AI generated content,

That real human factor,

That real embodied experience,

It can be sensed,

It can be felt and it certainly cannot be faked.

So staying in momentum now requires a new level of clarity,

Of presence and of precision.

And the good news is you don't have to be everywhere.

But when you do show up,

Your field needs to speak before your words do.

So it isn't so much about the doing more,

But it's about becoming that version of you whose business cannot not grow because your frequency simply commands this expansion.

And here's the thing.

The fire,

Which is the ruling element of period nine,

It's not gentle.

It actually invites visibility,

But also this brilliance,

Essence and radiance.

This is not time where you try to hide your gifts and be like someone else.

And I see a lot of conscious entrepreneurs naturally try to become normal.

No,

No,

No.

This is not the time for it.

Because period nine also really rewards creativity and originality.

So it asks you to burn off what's false and to stand fully in your genius,

In your pure soul essence,

Which is so magnetic that it cannot be literally walked past unnoticed.

So when I'm talking about soul business,

I'm not just talking about spiritual branding or some heart-centered values.

I'm actually talking about business that is built on frequency,

Where your own energy field and the business energy field is actually a part of your marketing strategy,

Where it's your alignment that determines your income and where momentum is sacred because the field responds to movement rather than perfection or even structure.

So soul business is about building a living ecosystem,

Not forcing offers,

Not tuning into the transmissions that kind of don't really move you,

But you are forced to follow some formula.

And this is how it's done.

So I'm going to do step by step by step by step.

No,

Your soul is who rules this whole paradigm.

And you are literally tuning into what wants to move through your soul,

What offer wants to be born into the field.

So it's about showing up in your visibility,

Not to push something,

But to resonate.

It's about scaling also in a way that doesn't collapse your nervous system.

And there will be episodes where I'll talk specifically about what it looks like in practice,

Because I've had experiences of nervous system expansion.

And I've also experienced,

Especially in online business with virality,

What it feels like when your nervous system goes into a complete freeze.

So we need to honor that.

And this is the conversation I'm here to lead,

Not just as a business coach,

But also as a bridge between the world of strategy and the world of energy.

Because the thing is,

I want to make something really clear from the very beginning.

The core of my business isn't business coaching.

The core of my business is spirituality.

So I've been an entrepreneur since 2014,

And I run fully online businesses since 2017.

But also I've got a really vast experience in very down-to-earth industries,

Such as real estate,

Building company.

I also used to educate in Poland online.

And it's not really just a spiritual business.

But right now,

My business and the core of my income comes from simply spiritual work.

I run a spiritual membership.

I activate people's light languages.

So I'm not here to talk to you just like a business coach.

I'm actually here to you as a fellow metaphysical practitioner.

Because my work is multidimensional,

And everything I teach is grounded in the unseen,

In frequency,

In vibration,

And in the intelligence of the soul.

So I'm actually not teaching people how to make more money.

And this is like what people think that their business needs to be.

That unless you teach people how to make more money,

Then your service isn't as attractive.

That is complete fallacy.

A lot of things that I teach aren't even people's needs,

Their soul's needs.

But having your light language active is more of a desire and is more of a spiritual development pathway than something you can market by pushing the pain points.

So I'm here to show you that no matter how metaphysical your business can be,

And by the way,

It may not be metaphysical.

It may be very down to earth and still rooted in the New Earth paradigm.

But if it is metaphysical,

You can still really expand,

Have pleasure with it,

And you don't have to compete with those who just teach people how to make more money.

So I teach strategy,

But only in service to your alignment.

So I'll talk about offers,

I'll talk about launches,

I'll talk about visibility,

But never outside the context of energetic sovereignty.

Because my goal as a spiritual teacher,

Not as a business coach,

But also as a business coach,

Is to guide towards sovereignty,

Where your soul rules,

Where your soul expresses himself or herself in their highest frequency.

So this is what soul business is really about.

Because when you learn to master both energy and strategy,

Your business becomes this unstoppable force field.

Clients find you,

Income stabilizes,

Creativity runs,

And momentum,

That real sustainable momentum,

Becomes your natural state.

I'll talk about momentum quite a lot in this podcast.

So today,

I want to take you deeper into what this new paradigm really looks like.

Think about it as an opening conversation and laying the foundation for what soul business is actually like.

And how to navigate the shift to period nine,

Especially if your strategies or the strategies that you have been taught by conventional business advice are not working like they used to.

So if you're wondering,

What is soul business then?

Here are the core pillars that I live by and that I teach inside the soul business school.

Let's start with my favorite.

It's momentum over perfection.

So in the soul business paradigm,

Momentum is like the lifeblood of expansion.

And it's easy sometimes when it comes to business,

And especially when it comes to females in business,

To get into this spiral of refining,

Tweaking,

Waiting until our offer is ready,

And sometimes until our own field is ready.

Some spiritual entrepreneurs get so,

So deep into the rabbit hole of inner work,

Then sometimes they feel like they never healed enough or ready enough to actually do some kind of outer work to the world.

And perfection is often just fear wearing a very clever disguise.

Because you know,

When it's all in the conceptual phase,

Everything is safe.

Nobody can spoil it for you.

There are no risks that you have to manage.

Whereas once you actually start moving with the energy,

Building momentum,

Then that is when expansion starts to happen.

Because your field and your business field responds to movement.

This is an energetic principle.

Very often if things feel a bit stuck,

I say to my clients,

Actually move in whatever direction,

Simply move.

And that moves energy.

Because if you move and you come across the obstacles or resistance,

At least there is something to work with.

Because let's say,

I don't know,

You're starting to launch a new offer,

A new product,

And it seems like you're not getting traction.

Then you can see where that kind of obstacle is coming from.

You can work on it when it comes to your business field,

When it comes to your own personal energy field.

You can work on it when it comes to strategy.

But the movement of energy brings clarity and it's super important.

Because when you move,

The field mirrors you.

It starts reorganizing around your intent.

Even a seemingly small action,

Which is taken in alignment and in faith,

Can create waves of momentum that ripple through your business.

And when you're in motion,

That feedback arrives.

So there is resonance,

There is clarity.

And you recalibrate,

Not by thinking more,

But actually by being in the game.

And here's the thing about momentum.

So something I've learned,

Not in spirituality,

But when we used to renovate houses as a building company.

This momentum,

When you start with it,

Then your projects almost take a life of their own.

It gets to a point where to start with,

You need this initial push,

Which comes from your own energy.

But when things are in motion,

It almost becomes like cruising.

And then the minute that momentum stops,

And you can see it in physical businesses,

Such as building companies,

Very,

Very easily.

When momentum,

When that rhythm stops,

In order to gather it again,

It requires another push.

So one of the very,

Very important principles of business that I'll be weaving through this podcast is how to keep this momentum going.

Because when you do,

It's much easier to tend to momentum than to create the momentum from lack of movement.

So this is one of the golden principles of soul business.

It's never about doing more,

But it's about knowing when to move and moving when the energy says go.

It's a little bit like a dance.

But enough about this principle,

Because we get into it definitely in the future episodes on how to maintain that momentum.

It's all about that.

Let's see some other ones.

The second principle of soul business is relevance through resonance.

In this new paradigm,

Being relevant isn't about following trends or pumping out content on every platform,

But it's being deeply attuned to your own frequency so that when you speak,

People actually feel it.

The thing is,

Of course,

It's about being sharp,

But you don't stay relevant by being busy.

You stay relevant by being real and by constantly learning.

And I think this is where a lot of people get business really wrong,

Because they follow a lot of rigid formulas,

And sometimes with a kind of stubbornness of a maniac,

Where it's like,

Okay,

I'm just gonna produce more content,

Or I don't know,

Some business guru said A,

B,

And C,

So I do A,

B,

And C,

And even if it doesn't work,

I still do it.

It's not how it works,

And the next principle will explain that.

So it's about you showing up in moments of high coherence,

When you're like at the peak of your energy,

And then it doesn't take much in order to actually make ripples.

So you let the energy of your message land before the marketing even kicks in,

Because soul clients are hypersensitive to frequency.

So they're not just looking for noise,

There is enough noise on the internet,

Let's be honest.

They're actually listening for resonance,

For this kind of something that speaks directly to the heart and touches the soul.

So the goal isn't to be constantly just visible,

But it's being unmistakably you.

It's just being unforgettable.

And when your transmission is clear,

Your voice will cut through the noise.

I didn't intend to rhyme.

So sometimes even your silence can become magnetic.

So I think that it's super important to stay relevant and on top of obviously technological advancements,

And this is inevitable in period nine,

Because it's not just the age of spirituality,

It's also the age of technology.

But at the same time,

What is super,

Super important is that you need to move with relevance,

But in your own resonance.

And that brings me to the third point,

Which is experimentation.

You know,

The old paradigm says that you literally just follow the formula.

There's a fixed formula for success,

And you do A,

B,

And C,

And it will result in X,

Y,

And Z.

I don't think it ever worked,

But it's going to work in period nine less than in the previous 20 years,

Because soul business cannot be a fixed formula.

Your soul dictates it.

So it is just basically fresh and new and aligned to your soul.

It's a dynamic field.

So it thrives in experimentation rather than an expectation.

So you're not here to copy what worked for someone else,

Because that was possibly designed by their own soul.

You are here to listen,

Try,

Refine,

And evolve.

And it's a bit of a scary thing,

Because very often we look for this external validation for someone to say,

Just do this,

This,

This,

And that.

Well,

It's not an employee handbook.

This is not how business works.

It's more about literally constantly tweaking and evolving in a playful way.

And you know,

Every offer,

Every launch can be like an activation or initiation.

And every pivot is also sacred,

Even if it looks quite chaotic to yourself or others.

So in this space,

We honor the process,

Not just the end result,

But also the process,

Because your soul is also learning in the process.

And sometimes the challenges literally bring about such huge energy liberation and development for your soul and for yourself as a person.

So we allow the business to be like a living lab,

Not some kind of choreographed performance.

And we know that every cycle,

Even the ones that don't yield instant results,

Is part of building a deeper,

Not just strategic,

But energetic infrastructure.

So there isn't failure,

There's always just feedback.

And when you treat your business as a co-creative field and not a to-do list,

The genius will reveal itself at some point.

Which leads me to the next point,

Which is sovereignty before anything else.

Sovereignty before systems,

Because strategy is only powerful when it's built on your own energetic infrastructure.

And that means knowing yourself and trusting your inner signals and refusing to ever give your power away to someone else's proven method if it doesn't feel aligned.

Because,

You know,

It's about having the energetic maturity to discern what actually comes from your heart's true desire and what is just some perhaps lucrative idea,

But that doesn't fit.

For example,

In my business,

Which is fully online,

What doesn't resonate is running physical retreats.

Even though the majority of the year I'm in Costa Rica,

Where it's like,

You know,

Perfect place for running physical retreats,

But that doesn't kind of rock my boat.

It doesn't excite me.

Hospitality doesn't excite me.

What I love to do is online.

So even though a lucrative idea would be to run physical retreats,

If it doesn't feel right on my soul,

I'm not going to do it.

And it would be easy to do so,

Seemingly.

But if it's not in resonance with my soul,

It probably would end up in some kind of disaster,

Whereas I'm blessed wherever I move in synchronicity with what my heart truly desires.

So unfortunately,

Too many entrepreneurs are walking around with someone else's business architecture,

And it starts becoming like this kind of restrictive,

I don't know,

Like,

I'm trying to think,

You know,

Like sometimes when people have their bones put in a cast,

That is how someone else's energetic and business infrastructure can start feeling in your field when you're evolving.

And then you're wondering why it's not working,

Because it's not yours.

That's why it's not working.

So sovereignty means that your business gets to reflect your essence and not like a carbon copy of someone else's.

So your pricing,

Your offers,

Your timelines,

Whether your program is two weeks,

Three months,

Six months,

Or whether it's a packet of three sessions or nine sessions,

It comes from your field and not from fear,

Comparison,

Trends or some stacking.

That's not how it works.

So you can obviously still learn from others,

But you never hand over your authority.

So someone else's business,

Whether it's a business coach,

Whether it's a fellow colleague,

It becomes like another perspective that you add to your own business or a mirror through which you can perhaps reflect and look at your own business from a different angle.

But in sole business,

You lead and the systems follow,

Which leads us naturally to next point,

Which is that sole first and strategy second,

Basically.

Remember,

You're not just a marketer,

You are a messenger.

And your business,

Maybe it's going to come as a surprise,

But it didn't come from a spreadsheet.

It wasn't born there.

It came from your soul.

It came from some idea you had once in your head that that's what you want to do.

So your strategies must serve the soul and not the other way around.

Otherwise,

Even the best,

Cleverest tactics will fall flat because a spreadsheet is not the energy or a business plan that will power up your launches.

It will be more coming from the soul.

Soul has this kind of power to power up anything,

Your own heart,

Your heart's desires.

So sole business doesn't mean floating through timelines without structure because structure is still needed.

I am massive on recording my KPIs.

And by the way,

I love spreadsheets too,

But it means anchoring the structure from your truth rather than from some kind of survival or robotic approach.

So every aligned strategy begins with some kind of spark.

You can call it download,

You can call it a prompting,

You can call it a knowing,

But that's where the real edge lives.

It's that kind of,

How can I describe it?

It's that kind of incredible spark of the soul,

Which is where all innovation is born,

Where originality is born.

It's that creative soul frequency.

Because when soul leads the way,

Oh my goodness me,

Things just become so much easier.

Strategy becomes more effortless,

More irresistible,

More aligned.

And even things that are kind of not scripted in a conventional paradigm simply come off.

And you'll see tens of examples of this in the future episodes.

Well,

We've got two more super important principles of soul business,

And I've literally saved the best for last.

So one that literally is like the linchpin of the whole soul business paradigm is that your business is a living energetic field.

You've heard it right.

Your business is not just a brand,

It's a conscious multidimensional energy field.

It means quite a lot of things.

One of the things is that you can work on your business energy field the same way as you work on your own inner field.

So if you're doing inner work on yourself,

You can also do energy work on your business.

It means activations,

Transmissions.

There's a whole bunch of implications,

And I'll deep dive in one episode just to this principle on how to work on a business energy field.

But it means it holds codes,

It responds to your actions.

It becomes like your own business partner.

It becomes like your own twin flame,

Which amplifies your evolution,

Shows you your shadows.

And just like you can have energetic patterns,

Wounds,

Brilliance,

Etc.

,

So can your business.

So when you learn to read that field,

To clear that field,

To activate that field,

To work with that field,

Then that takes the whole soul business paradigm to the next level.

And this is the core of my work,

Working on energy fields of businesses.

So when you do that,

It's like you're working with your business,

As if your business is your business partner.

So you're dragging it through effort and will.

It is just like this beautiful co-creation.

And clients start feeling something they can't explain,

But they want in.

So that's where your business stops being a job.

It becomes a frequency field,

More like a garden that you tend to.

But that will definitely be a whole episode where we can dive into.

This is about your nervous system.

Regulated nervous system creates a regulated business.

Let's say it clearly,

Your nervous system is like the backbone of your business.

If your body doesn't feel safe to be seen,

To receive,

To grow,

Then your business won't either.

And it doesn't matter how much strategy you do,

How much you pay for business coaching,

Or how shiny your website looks like,

Nothing can override a dysregulated system.

So soul business is built at the pace of your safety.

It's never,

Ever,

Ever about coming out of your comfort zone.

It's about expanding your comfort zone.

So things that perhaps felt not so comfortable become absolutely normal.

So in this paradigm,

We don't force expansion.

We stabilize it.

We create room for it.

Because when your nervous system is calm,

Your intuition is louder.

When your body feels supported,

You make clearer decisions.

You show up more consistently because you feel comfortable.

And visibility no longer feels like a threat.

And we work with a nervous system when it comes to holding capacity for clients,

For the visibility,

For money.

And when your field feels grounded and safe,

Also your wealth stays,

Opportunities lands,

And clients just relax into your presence.

So it doesn't come from a place of fear or desperation.

And in this new business era,

This is really very tangible and people can taste it.

So a regulated nervous system isn't just good for you.

It will also be magnetic to everyone around you.

So we will always put the nervous system,

Safety,

And comfort first in this new era paradigm of business.

So basically,

This is the foundation of sole business.

Not hassle,

Not hype,

No formulas,

But frequency,

Sovereignty,

Deep alignment with who you've become.

And as we move through this podcast together,
